I used Angie's List to hire Inspect-All for my mom who was looking to purchase a house. After seeing the reviews for the company and noticing that it also was running a special for $275, I contacted them for more information. The office staff were very helpful in helping me to setup an appointment as soon as possible (the next day actually at 1pm). I explained what type of house needed to be inspected and was told that after Inspect-All contacted my realtor for the code, we could then meet at the house for the inspection. When my mother, aunt, and I got to the house at the appointed time, we noticed that the house was open and that Marty had already started the inspection. He had started at 12:30pm, however, he had no problems going back over the findings that he had noted and pointed out concerns that would be put in his report. Marty was EXCELLENT and I really was glad that he was the inspector due to the house being an older house and his experience with the codes that were in place for the year and the county. He pointed out so many things that were initially overlooked by me or my mom. He inspected even a bridge on the property in the back of the house and added it to the report. About 1.5 hours into the inspection, Andy came along to do the termite inspection which was an additional $45. Andy was very meticulous in his search for bugs and eventhough we did not walk around with Andy due to walking with Marty, Andy would update us on any findings throughout the tour and went into detail about other pest that he did find such as squirrels and roof rats. Overall, the service was great, and the home inspection report was delivered via email that same night. The termite report was delivered the next day or so along with recommendations for pest treatment prices.

Joe was very professional and did a good job with the overall inspection. He also took the time to patiently explain all our newbie questions. I would definitely recommend him for my friends or family.

The inspector was very thorough. He had all sorts of gadgets to help him check for moisture etc. The report was very professional and I received it shortly after the inspection took place. The report also included recommendations, as well as links to more information on solving potential problems. Also included advice on how to avoid problems in the future. Very professional. I would definately call on them again.

We were told that the A/C Units are old BUT working properly. A month later we started having problems with cooling and found out that there was a coolent leak in the unit for many months. I expect the home inspection to test for leaks, and other suck services given the fee we pay for such services. The inspector came before time, started the inspection right away, and finished his work before time (ideally not favorable, but he did start early). He also took time to explain a few additional things, answer all of our questions and was generally very polite and helpful.

Jake Williams was Amazing! This was such a great experience. I was able to make an appt with Ginny exactly when I needed an inspector. Jake got there right on time as worked quickly. He found things I never would have and gave recommendations outside the standard scope of an inspector. The report was well detailed with pictures that helped with my requests to the sellers. I received the best quoted price and the best service as well. I will absolutely use Inspect All the next time I buy a house ( or have pest issues).

I made an appointment for a purchase home inspection online using their online chat application. Answered a few questions, they sent me a form to sign, I returned it, and was offered the option to pay the inpsector directly upon arrival or pay online. I opted to pay online using paypal. This is my 4th home inspection in two different states, so I have gone through a home inspection previously and had an idea of what to expect. Joe arrived just a few minutes late due to the address not being in the GPS. Arrived, greeted me, and immediately set to work. He invited me (I'm female) to either stay with him or wander around on my own, and he was more than willing to provide commentary as he performed the inspection, what he was doing and why, noting observations, and indicating what he referred to as "nudges" when something could be improved upon to save us some money later but not a "must-do" item. He was very thorough, patient, and personable. He provided an excellent report for the home inspection and was very responsive with answering emailed questions afterwards. He provided plenty of pictures in the report. The company sent us a quote for termite protection and pest control the very next day with some really fantastic rates. We had a great experience, a great finished report, and excellent customer service for a really great price. If I need another home inspection, I will be using InspectAll again.

I called to find out information about their services and intended to schedule at a later time. The receptionists were very professional, easy to reach and work with. I was given complete information about what to expect and costs. They followed up with me and when I was ready they were able to schedule me within a day. They also sent out email reminders. The inspector, Joe Moore, performed a pre-sale inspection on a home that I have a contract on. I like to attend inspections so that I have a good understanding of the home. He was patient with this and a pleasure to work with ? amiable, informative, knowledgable, respectful, and efficient. Joe explained not only the specifics of this home, but codes, recommendations for maintenance, and other general building information. I learned a lot about the home and building in general. Joe was on time and covered everything in a reasonable amount of time. The report was delivered that evening, as promised. It was detailed, understandable and comprehensive, with many photos showing issues. The next time I need an inspection I'll call Inspect-All and ask for Joe. I expect they have other very qualified inspectors.

Full house inspection and insect control. Treated interior and exterior. Andy was professional and knowledgeable. Performed treatments in a timely manner. Also returned at a later date when roaches once again appeared. Did additional treatment. Would recommend this company.

We met with Tim and a home that we are preparing to buy. Tim arrived to the property early and did a thorough inspection. Our appointment was at 10AM, Tim delivered the inspection report at 4PM. This was crucial since we were nearing the end of our due diligence period. Tim inspected the entire home, and also found active termites in the home. We were able to have the seller treat the termites prior to closing based off of Tim's thorough report. Tim provided pictures of the outside of the home, things that were not up to code, checked all lights, water, plumbing, kitchen appliances, fireplace, outlets, attic, roof, siding, slabs, pretty much anything you could think of, Time checked and reported on in the report. The only thing I will forewarn you of is your inspection report maybe sent to spam email, so at first I thought I hadn't received it, but it was sitting in my spam box, Inspect All was responsive when I called about the report, and Tim also followed up with us after sending the report to make sure we didn't have any questions. Another convenient thing is they accept forms of payment on site of cash, money order, check, or debit/credit cards. We had a great experience and will definitely use them for future inspections or pest control since they also do that service and will recommend them as well.

The home inspector was there about 30 minutes early which was very impressive. The home inspector did a very through job checking everything from top to bottom of the house and also the well system and gave us some very useful tips from his own experience of having a well in his house. The home inspector even talked to the electrical company because of the new system the home owners had at the house. He answered all the questions we had regarding the issues that were found around the house and was explained to us in terms that we can understand and made sure to tell us the gravity of the issue and how much impact it will have on day to day operation of the house. He sent us a very detailed report in timely manner - the same evening. Overall we were very happy with the company and the service that was performed.

Inspector arrived on time. Conducted a thorough inspection of property from roof to attic to interior and exterior, basement and crawlspace. Provided detailed report with numberous pictures to back up his findings. Received report just a few hours after inspection was completed.

This company was very thorough and professional. The staff were quick to respond to any question and phone call. The home inspector did a very detailed inspection and provided a report complete with photographs. We were able to address the problems and make the necessary repairs before we put the house on the market. Also, the pest control treatment was awesome. We saw dead insects for days. Whatever they used really did the trick!! When it came time to put the sign in the yard, we felt very confident that we were well positioned for negotiations with potential purchasers!
