The representative was courteous, on time, and extremely informative. I am not from Georgia and as a new transplant, I had a lot of concerns about the kinds of pests that do not die in the winter. He was very patient and answered all my questions with the information I needed and some I didn't know I needed. He discussed the various kinds of pests in my area and which ones live outdoors and may sneak in the house (lizards - some may not consider pests but I don't want them in my house) and those that may set up shop inside. I felt relieved after talking with him and I have signed up for their continuous 90 day treatment. This is a wonderful program, they come and treat every 90 days and if I see anything in the mean time, they come right away to take care of it.

Jake was the inspector who performed our inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with the value of this company's service along with their attention to detail and very detailed reporting.

The guy who came out (Tim) was super knowledgeable! He took the time to go through everything with me and made sure I understood the implications of each item of concern. He was there on time which was great got me an e-version of my inspection later that night. I would absolutely recommend this service and in particular my representative (Tim Poss) to anyone who needs a home inspection!

Tom was exceptional. He walked me through the property pointing out each issue, explaining the severity or cause for concern, and helping me understand the possible effect of the issue. His report was delivered via email the same day the inspection was completed. Professionalism and service exceeded my expectations - would use Inspect-All and Tom again any day. Liked them so much we just signed up for their pest control treatments (bug spray).

I contacted Inspect-All after we realized there was mice in the attic. I was interested in knowing the cost for fixing a 1 inch gap around the house between the walls and the roof, but instead of getting an inspection, they put me down for a rodent removal and told me the cost would be a bit over 1300 for the removal of the mice and to fix the gaps. We ended up canceling because we were able to catch the mice ourselves and were quoted a $500 difference with another company. I felt like Inspect All wasn't listening to what I was interested in, but only interested in selling me a service.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out really well. They said that the coupon was not applicable, but they used the amount of the coupon against the amount of the treatment. They came out twice, and they were good.

They called before visiting; they kept within scheduled time; they explained everything they were planning to do, answered all questions and they let us know when they were done. Very professional.

Tim was very knowledgeable, courteous, on-time and did an excellent job. I couldn?t have asked for anything different. I shadowed him through the entire home inspection and he shared a lot of valuable information. He explained each issue, how it may have happened, how to fix it and approximate cost / time it would take which helped me gauge the impact of each issue. Extremely thorough with his work, explained several things which were used for home construction, how it differed from other materials commonly used, pros and cons for both the material used and construction, etc.. He gave me suggestions on how I could fix a few minor issues which helped me save a few bucks. Overall very impressed and would definitely utilize his service next time. He was accompanied by another person (don?t recall his name) but he did the termite inspection and he was very professional too.

They did a good job. They came out when they said they would. They did fine. They were out in a couple of day. They were prompt in returning their phone call. They were very satisfactory. I would use them again.

Outstanding from start to finish. I am really impressed by their professionalism. A remarkable company and Tim was excellent at helping us protect our interests in our home purchase. I wish all companies could work so seemlessly, effeciently and courteously.

When I first purchased the service, they called me back right away. They were very responsive, courteous, and explained thing to me well while they were doing it. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything was fine. The technician showed up on time and they were easy to schedule with. He was also very polite. They came and put the machine in our home for 2 days. Then they called back pretty quickly with the results and they also emailed them to me.

He arrived at the home about 20 minutes early, snd began his inspection. Once I arrived he showed me what he had already inspected ajd we continued with the rest of the property. He was very helpful with suggestions about some home improve ments. He even notated the crack in tue driveway. I was very satisfied with his work, compared to a previous inspection I had done by a different company this inspector did an excellent job.

Tim Poss was awesome, very professional, honest and answered any questions that we had. We plan on using this company for pest control services too when we move, would recommend them over any others that I only talked to on the phone. Their customer support specialist was easy to talk to, answered questions and was on task with a small problem we had on our end. Great company!

The contract is for one year and they come once a quarter. They do mole treatment. They do pest control inside and outside. I used them back in October of last year to do a house inspection because it was a new property that we were buying. He was very thorough. I've never had a house inspection in Georgia. I did in New Jersey and it didn't even compare to this one. The price was good too.

The expirience was excellent. KIm came out and did the inspection. He was very through. He gave a lot of information. Provided a detailed report within the same day. The deal was a great deal.

The technician was prompt and professional when he arrived. The setup of the device is quick and easy and then he was off. The pick up of the device was the same. I also found that the technician was informative on the process and set good expectations for me. The report was received and very easy to read so I had no additional questions.

Very prompt service. Inspector was there 30 min prior to appt. time. Inspector for termite letter got there right at appt time. Inspection was very thorough. Walked through the house with him and he was more than happy to answer any questions. The thermal imaging that comes with the regular house inspection was interesting. Apparently the pot lights that are in the house heated up to almost 250 degrees within 15 minutes of turning them on. The inspection letter that came afterwards as extremely detailed from stuff that was strictly cosmetic to stuff that needed to be fixed to be safe. The termite inspector unfortunately or fortunately (depending on how you look at it) Found some termite damage and gave me a quote for treatment/prevention on the spot. Overall very happy with them and would definitely use them again.

They are great. I've used them on two properties already. They were excellent, very thorough with somethings that I would have completely overlooked. They were helpful in making in a final decision with purchase. They are very attentive and communicative. They confirm the appointments, tell who was gonna show up ahead of time, and have a report immediately within 24 hours. They pretty much do home inspection, pests and termite inspection, as well as radon tests.

The home inspection exceeded my expectations. As a structural engineer I had concerns with the home and spent time researching inspectors whom I felt would be able to accurately address the concerns I found and conduct a complete analysis of the rest of the homes condition. Joe came out to the home on behalf of Inspect-All Services and spent about 4 hours, walking through the home, explaining various concerns with this home, as well as what to look out for in future endeavors. Besides being very easy to talk to and patient with my every concern, Joe's background in construction and contracting was impressive. He addressed every issue I had found and completed a thorough report which left me confident that I had a full grasp on the property and its condition. There is no question that I will use Inspect-All Services in the future. And I highly recommend Joe.

Awesome. Professional. Though their customer servixe rep on the phone Was professional, he made some mistakes on scheduling. But they took Care of it immediately. So I am very happy with. In fact, I have gone with them For pest and termite control in my other house too in annual basis. I am thinking To go with them for mosquito control. But I have not decided yet.

The inspector arrived early and was already at work when I arrived. He was very thorough and explained all the points of the inspection to me and explained how the assessment is made. He provided an electronic copy of the report within hours of completion and answered additional questions i had after I reviewed the report. Inspect All made it a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them to others.
