We took advantage of Inspect- All Services deal for $69.00 to come and inspect our house. We knew we had rats and mice in the basement. So we wanted Inspect All to check the whole house. We were surprised when they found bats, rats and mice droppings in the attic. They suggested sealing the house so rodents can not gain access to our house. They spent about four hours here on the roof and outside our house. They found an opening where the gutter met the house. I think it was called a builders hole? I guess the opening enlarged with the rodents coming and going. The house was re-inspected on May 2, 2014 and no rodents were found. They will return on May 12th, 2014. Inspect All's employees were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up before they left.

Totally professional home and pest inspection with useful information and good photos. We learned a lot about the house from the inspection. Report provides a good blueprint for future maintenance. We learned that we needed pest exclusion services and they provided those promptly with two needed follow up visits. The prices for the services were on the high side, but probably fair. I wish they were less but it's tough to figure when these are not regular services, i.e. I have a limited frame of reference for the pricing. Nevertheless I would recommend them highly and would use them again.

Inspect-All Services did an incredible job. Because of weather and work, I had change inspection date several times. There was absolutely no problem with them. They were very professional and accommodating. The day of our inspection, Tim arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection. He had me look at all the issues he had found, allowed me to ask questions, gave me thoughts and recommendations as to how to handle the issues and then gave me a timeline as to when his report would be available. By the end of the day I had his report just as he had promised. The report was clear and detailed and had pictures which showed each issue. He also had infrared pictures of windows, ducts, doors, water, etc. Very good information to know. I called Tim back about a week later to ask him for a favor with his report. I needed him to clarify an outside issue and asked if he could send me a statement regarding the issue so I could send it my HOA. He gladly expounded on his inspection, had it back to me within an hour and I was able to get the issue resolved with my HOA. All in all a great experience, a good price, professional, good communication, kept their promises, accommodating and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for someone to do their home inspection. In fact, I?m now looking at them to do my pest control as a result of my great experience with them.

My great experience with Inspect -All Services started when I first purchased the service. They were quick in responding and very polite. Ryan quickly set up a date to do the inspection. On Saturday, the day they promised they would come for the inspection, Michael called ahead and confirmed with me the appointment. Gave me an estimated time to come and arrived as promised. He explained everything to me and I could see that he knew what he was talking about. He treated the entire house, inside and out, and emailed all the information about the treatment products right after the service. Who does love great service and efficiency? Great service. I will recommend them and I will be using their service again.

Their professionalism stands out. The keep you up to speed on what is happening the good and the bad. They take the time and so you have a good understand what they are doing. They are hands on. I am very happy with them.

Marty showed up early, was thorough, personable, and answered all my questions to the fullest. My real estate agent said she has been doing this a long time, and his inspection report was one of the best she's ever seen.

They showed up on time and set the radon tester in the basement. They returned after 48 hours to retrieve the tester and provided me with the results later that day via email.

Tim arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. The inspection lasted 2 hrs but each step of the way, Tim took the time to explain what he discovered during the inspection. The entire process was supported by a wonderful administrative staff. Each phone call or e-mail interaction was pleasant. I want to give kudos to Brooke and Brittany! The response time was beyond what I expected. Great company! I highly recommend their services. The report was spot on and easy to read. Good job guys and gals!!!

It was easy to schedule the equipment drop off and the gentleman was courteous and helpful. Results were delivered when promised and the price was appropriate.

First of all, communication with Inspect-All has been professional and prompt. Scheduling was a breeze and the inspector showed up right on time. He was very thorough and walked me through what he would do during the inspection. Tim was very professional, friendly, and was patient to explain some items that I did not understand. One of the big plus is that the complete report with pictures were sent to us via email that evening. This allows us to bring the repair list to our builder's attention. The entire process went smoothly and I would work with Inspect-All again for my future home inspection needs.

His job was excellent and impressive.He found several important issues that some other inspectors might ignore, which makes us in a good bargaining position. For example, he found water stains in the 2nd floor ceiling of a house through his careful inspection, although it is hard to observes this because the area was repainted and dried. He did further investigation to find the reason. He found A/C drain line in attic had water leakage previously.This is just an example of his outstanding work. We had some other inspectors before, but I have to say Tim is the best.

I’m gonna try to get them back out this year. We virtually had no mosquitoes after they came in and sprayed.

Ryan was very helpful and responsive in getting me estimates, and in scheduling the work. Bob, who came out to do the estimate, was on time, friendly, polite, and informative, patiently answering all my questions. Although I wasn't there when the work was done, everything was completed by the end of the day as promised, and looks to be good quality. Overall I was very happy with Inspect-All, and will call them again - they showed up when they said they would, and did a nice job for a fair price.

It turned out great. We were impressed. They were personable and they were thorough. They took the time to explain every single finding that they put into the report. They quickly took pictures which was part of the deal. We thought collectively that the individual who was out there did a fantastic job. He was very patient and explained why those things were important. It was a big deal purchase. They were fantastic. We worked with other companies before outside of Angie’s List and this group was great to work with. We would highly recommend them to anybody else.

Inspected inside / outside - focused on plumbing access sites. Took pics of identified risk areas, providing comprehensive report / recommendations.

Cleaned and inspected all vents in the house. Also cleaned parts of the AC unit...very knowledgeable and informative

Inspect All showed up as promised and were very professional. In addition to the initial service for which they were hired, I have since had them perform other services on an ongoing basis.

The Inspection went exceptionally well. My family and I are pleased with the professionalism demonstrated by this company.We received a detailed itemized listing (including pictures) of all problems areas with the house. The company responded with great alacrity by completing and forwarding the results the day services completed.

It went well. They came, they inspected, they sprayed. Overall, they did a good job, and the Big Deal coupon was well worth it. I would use them again in the future if I needed someone for a similar service.

The inspector, Tom, arrived much in advance and was already waiting for us when we got there. Since the front door he showed being knowledgeable. Very detailed and "not afraid" of getting his hand dirty, he walked us through and answered very clearly all our questions. His report arrived on the same day and with the IR camera (that I don`t know every supplier has) it was very clear heat/gas/AC systems worked and at which temperature they where at (no guesses). Their price was the best I shopped around and even though, the service was A class. I recommend Inspect-All services and if you live in the Sandy Springs area, ask for Tom!

I originally purchased a coupon deal for termite baiting system for my crawl space for $359.00 for the craft home bungalow I just purchased. The home inspector recommended termite extermination as there were indications that there was activity in the past in the crawl space. The contractor who was going to work on installing posts, vapor barrier and insulation in the crawl space requested that it be fogged for spiders. Shane was extremely accommodating by offering discounts on the additional services not included. He took on the additional time to complete the job and for the first time since I purchased my home in August, I was able to enjoy my backyard, flying insect & mosquito free. Fast forward two weeks later, I am on my front porch surrounded by trees with Kudzu beetles buzzing about and sitting in the sun. I called Inspect-All Services and without my asking he offered to dispatch Shane to come and re-spray the area at no charge. Shane was on time and I am delighted to say that I continue to find Kudzu beetles belly up. I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Inspect-All Services.

It went very well! The inspector was extremely thorough. He found a mice infestation in the crawl space that helped us decide not to buy the house. We are using them again for our next inspection.

Team showed up at the scheduled time. Both the home and termite inspectors answer every question I had, even the ones not pertaining to the service call. I was very pleased with the service.

The termite inspector arrived first and performed his inspection and talked to me about his findings before the home inspector arrived, which made it easier for me to deal with two people being at my home during the same time frame. Both were very professionally dressed and made good impressions on me and my neighbor, who was observing from his house next door. Both inspections seemed to be very thorough, and I received a lot of positive feedback from both men about what they were inspecting. They were very patient and answered any question I threw at them, too. I was told to watch my e-mail for the written home inspection report that would be sent later that evening. When I received the report, it was not only full of information but also had multiple pictures of parts of my house that were described in writing. I was encouraged to contact the inspector should I have any questions and was given a card with his name and phone number on it.
