We got a home inspection for a home we were looking to purchased. The sale fell through but the knowledge that Inspect-All Services gave us was timeless, we use this information for a later purchase.

He did a very through job and pointed out a lot of things for me. He was very professionally and very nice to work with.

Brian is an inspector with the provider - he performed the termite and pest check at my house. As part of the inspection, Brian checked the attic and found mild rodent activity (suspect squirrels). Brian then conducted a survey of the house with an infrared gun to check for temperature differentials to catch rodent and termite presence in the walls of the house and found none (thankfully :-)). Brian is a friendly person who did a thorough job of inspecting all the walls and ceilings and every corner in my house and in the garage. While there was no pest or termite presence detected, he pointed out insulation gaps and potential water leaks. Brian is very knowledgeable on the subject of rodent / pest infestations in houses - he answered all my questions and laid my concerns to rest. He was very professional and he completed his inspection in about 90 minutes. I am quite happy with the services provided and the cost was reasonable. The provider sent me a proposal for rodent / wildlife exclusion in the attic as a follow up. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this provider to anyone seeking pest or termite inspection in their house. The infra red technology works best on cold days when the sun hasn't already warmed up the walls - the temperature differentials are clearer on the screen of the infrared instrument used in the inspection.

Britt Baker was the inspector who checked out the home for us prior to making a commitment to buying. I was not able to be present during the inspection, however my realtor was present and was quite happy with the inspection job. The inspection report was very thorough & clear with relevant photos. All in all I would certainly recommend Inspect-All Services to those needing a home inspection.

As a first-time homebuyer who had been looking for the perfect house for a years, I was anxious about the inspection process. In fact, it was my plan to have 2 different inspections done to make sure that nothing significant was missed. Inspect-All was the first company I contacted, based on the great reviews on Angie's list. Tim was our inspector, and I could not have asked for anything more. He was at the appointment 15 minutes early and had already done a quick walk through of the house before I got there. Although I didn't follow him around, he would come get me whenever he found something that I should know about. 3 of my family memebers also came to look at the house while the inspection was going on, and Tim patiently, professionally, and expertly answered all of our (many) questions. Although the inspection was only supposed to last about 2 hours, Tim ended up being there nearly 4 hours to make sure that all of our concerns had been addressed. There was a section of the attic that was unable to be accessed during the first inspection, so Tim worked it into his (busy) schedule to do a re-inspection ASAP once the seller had made the area accessible. He again answered all my questions and concerns, providing valuable information about his findings, general home maintenance, etc. Throughout the days that Tim worked with me, he was easily accessible by phone when I had questions. The report was received in a timely manner (later on the same day as the inspection), the report quality was excellent, and I know infinitely more about my new home as a result of Tim's expertise and willingness to share his knowledge. His passion for his profession really comes through, and that's worth a lot. Jeff, the pest/termite inspector, was also a pleasure to work with, and interacting with Christie (who works in the office) was easy. Needless to say, I never did get that second inspection that I was planning on.

I would highly recommend this company! From the easy scheduling where I was able to chat online to the professionalism of Mr. Reed my inspector. Mr. Reed was on time, was very helpful in answering my questions and let me tag along around the house with him. I received a very detailed report to me before the day was done.

This company is exceedingly professional. Their personal communication was courteous, friendly & prompt. Electronic communication was well done - helpful but not intrusive or overdone. The actual inspector who came to the home, Tom Maybury, was punctual (actually arrived at the home early to begin working), professional, knowledgeable, & generally a nice guy! He encouraged us to accompany him around as he performed the inspection & answered questions fully. Although I was told by phone at the time of the initial appointment scheduling that the inspectors did only a visual - from the ground - roof inspection, Tom, in fact, went up on the roof & took photos of all areas of concern. The report, which we received by email later the same day, contained both a summary and a detailed section, all accompanied with photos. There were no surprises as Tom had clearly communicated with us during the inspection process. The actual report was very helpful in our discussion with the home seller around needed repairs. All in all a good experience!

Brett was a relatively new inspector with Inspect-All so I had not seen his name on previous reviews. He was very professional, personable, and relaxed. He did a thorough inspection, for example checking every faucet and every cabinet door, all the stove burners, etc. And he patiently answered all of my many questions. He gave me good advice and recommendations on things I asked him, and when there was something he didn't know, he told me that, too. He was unpretentious. The 56 page report that I downloaded the next day was full of photos that he took, and even had things that were not brought to my attention during the inspection. And this was on a house that was in excellent shape, and most of the issues were either minor or normal maintenance. I trust Brett's inspection and his many years of experience in the housing industry, and would highly recommend him and Inspect-All for future inspections.

Britt was on time, even though I wasn't. He was thorough and professional. He pointed out the areas of concern and assured me that I was getting a place I could feel good about. I'd definitely use this company again.

They couldn't do the work because we didn't own the property. They are professional, honest, and prompt. I would use them in the future.

Purchasing a home is a BIG investment and before making the decision to purchase a home whether new or previously owned, I highly recommend having the home inspection completed. I read the reviews of Inspect-All Services (including a copy of an inspection report) on Angie's List. I was totally impressed with the cost and the level of service provided. I received my inspection report on the same day as promised. The inspection report was very detailed, in fact, it was more detailed that I could have imagined. The pictures and use of infrared were also a plus. Because the inspection was so thorough, I ended up terminating my contract that I had placed on the property. The detailed inspection report pointed out potential and current issues that I just would not have thought about or caught until it was too late so the $275 was well worth the results!! The home inspection saved me from purchasing a possible "money pit." I will definitely use their services again and if any of you are looking for a company with certified, professional, and detail oriented home inspectors LOOK NO FURTHER than Inspection-All Services!!!!!!!! Absolutely great service!!!

I've worked with the team over at Inspect-All for over a year. As an out-of-state landlord, they do an excellent job of keeping me informed as to any issues that may be occurring, as well as corrective action that would benefit me. I do make it to town about once a month, and have had many opportunities to inspect their work. It is high-quality, and very reasonably priced. In fact, they upgraded the termite system this year to a more effective one at no additional charge. They are also quite respective of the current tenants in each of the homes, advising them anytime there will be an inspection or work performed. I highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs. FYI, the price above represents the total cost for all 4 properties, including the cleanup and vapor barrier work.

We hired Inspect-All to do a home inspection for a house we are purchasing. Could not have been happier. Tom Maybury was our inspector and he did a great job. I am a pretty picky character but Tom found some items I would have easily overlooked. He also took great pains to show us every item and explain why he was noting it in his report. He was very patient and answered all our questions. I absolutely would recommend Inspect-All and Tom Maybury to anyone.

Tom was prompt, professional, and very thorough. This was for a home purchase and he made note to both the selling and buying Realtors that we were his clients...not them. He was easy to access after the inspection to answer additional questions and was very helpful in providing ideas on how to resolve many of the issues uncovered in his inspection.

I had been recommended Inspect-All-Services by a friend who got a home inspection through them as well. They were very polite and well organized when it came to booking and scheduling my appointment. The ladies in the office were very efficient and friendly. The day of my appointment I was 15 minutes early and the inspector had beaten me to the property. He had just started the inspection when I arrived. Brett Moore introduced himself and was more than happy to let me tag along during the inspection. For me this part was great. Not only does Brett have direct Construction and Real Estate experience, he also has been inspecting for years. Throughout the inspection he gave me his honest opinion and pointed out the various concerns he raised in the report. From small nit picky issues to the major ones he gave me all the information I needed. He even went around with the infra-red camera (included in my angies-list deal) which showed the heating, cooling and electrical were all functioning as expected. We wrapped up the inspection and then Brett left me to do a few things around the house. Once Brett left I noticed a small wet spot in the ceiling, I then poked my finger through it which unleashed a bunch of water that was trapped in the ceiling. It seems the "tub test" that Brett had performed and identified a leak in the master bathroom tub drain. I immediately called Brett on his cell phone and he turned right around and made the necessary documentation to update the report to reflect this. I can't thank him enough for his detailed inspection, personal opinion and the knowledge he was able to pass on to me. Brett Moore is one of the most knowledgeable inspectors you could ask for and I will highly recommend him and Inspect-All Services again to anyone who is looking for an inspector! I also paid the $40 extra to have a termite inspection done and that was smooth and efficient. I was not there at the time of this inspection but Brett actually had to let the termite guy into the house because his key wasn't working. Again Brett went above and beyond!

I purchased a 55-percent off Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. They were great, on time and everything. I paid the price listed on the Angie's List website.

They were great. Very responsive and easy to work with. My only issue was that they had to charge another $45 to come back a few months after the initial service to provide an official GA termite letter when I sold the house. I thought that should have just been provided based on the initial inspection from which they got all the info needed to create a letter (e.g. no infestation, etc.). The additional trip and charge seemed superfluous.

Inspection went very well. Technician was extremely prompt, courteous and very informative. Overall a pleasant experience.

Inspect-All promptly set up an appointment to meet my scheduling conflicts and demands and put me at ease immediately. The inspector arrived early and began inspection immediately. When I arrived, he had entered the house with the lockbox key and had already completed a good part of his work. His inspection was thorough, and he pointed out details that had skipped my attention. He was friendly and courteous and pointed out how to operate systems and appliances, how to turn on water in various areas and showed me the basis for his comments. His inspection and termite reports were as thorough as he was and were very helpful in my decision regarding the contract and future expenses required to maintain the property. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company, and I will use other services that they provide based on my dealings with them. I was impressed. Excellent work, Inspect-All!

We weren't present for the inspection; however, we were pleased with the detailed report and the ease with which we could contact the inspector directly. We were also pleased with the personal call we received regarding our termite inspection.

Inspect-All was one of three bids that we got to do the work at our rental property. They turned out to be the highest bid though they were competitive. We selected them based on their representative, Kyle, who did the most thorough examination of the house, answered all my questions about the process of wildlife exclusion and was courteous, professional and eager to help. The materials Inspect-All used in the exclusion and fallen gutter and sauffet they repaired were excellent and matched the house. Kyle not only gave me the quote but he was at the job site working and supervising the crew which is a great benefit. In addition to the contracted work, they cleaned out and did a few minor repairs to the gutters at no additional charge. After the project was completed, which I should mention, they showed up for on time and finished exactly when Kyle said they would. Kyle walked around the house to show me all the work they had done. I was impressed that not only did they seal all the obvious holes and gaps but they had also sealed things that might be entry points in the future. All my basement vents were intact and undamaged but Kyle had gone around and sealed them anyway so that those future potential entry points were taken care of. As this is a rental house, it was important to me to disturb our current renters as little as possible and Kyle and his team did a great job with that also. They kept the disturbance to a minimum and completed the job right on schedule and kept our tenants informed. We received a 1 year guarantee which is renewable for a fee. Highly recommended.

We bought a house and used Inspect-All to do the inspection. They were very professional and was about half hour early for the appointment. The inspection they performed was very accurate and I would recommend them to others.

Inspector was prompt and thorough. We were very pleased with the services. They came out on my schedule, did a very thorough job, and provided an extremely detailed report of all the items in the home which were (or might be) defective, along with information about how old our hot water heater and HVAC units were (which we did not know). The report we received had all the information in it that we needed in order to make a responsible purchasing decision. We did purchase the house, however after the inspector found evidence of previous termite damage, we were able to get our seller to have the property treated and bonded for termites at his expense based on the results of the home inspection. We were very satisfied.
