It entire process went well.

The big deal included crawl space vapor barrier. He only inspected and told me I had more problems than just a vapor barrier. He was going to put in drains and a dehumidifier for 5,000 plus so I have not yet committed to do that. I'm just kind of getting different inspections and getting a look at the different options I have. Their package is very expensive but I've not yet ruled out completely that solution. I want to do some investigation. What they wanted to do is to put a moisture barrier but I think I have a leaking pipe and since they are not a plumbing company, they cannot fix the leaking pipe. So its not really solving my problem. If they do what they say they'll do, their price is reasonable but I need to resolve the problem before I can eve deal with their proposal. Their attitude is great but my problem is a plumbing problem.

Provider came out to inspect our crawl space for vapor barrier installation. The guy was professional and very knowledgeable. We ended up not using because we were selling the home.

A very nice man showed up on time and inspected the entire house. He found 2 colonies of ants in my house. One in the master bathroom under the tub, and one in the basement. He treated all areas and within one day all the ants where gone. We bought their $59 dollar special. If the need arises we will definitely will use Inspect-All Services again.

The crew came when scheduled and cleaned out some debris under the house and installed a vapor barrier. They were professional and worked quickly. They did miss the first appointment because of an office mixup, and I had to call them to reschedule, but upon rescheduling everything went smoothly. I will call them again for additional work that I need to have done.

Well and the serviceman was too conscientious because he got up into the hot attic even though I told him it wasn't necessary.

We purchased this as one of Angie's Deals of the Day. They contacted us right away to set up an appointment. Came exactly on time. Inspected our house for termites in the basement and all around outside the house. No damage found. Very professional. We would recommend them.

Britt arrived at the property in a timely fashion. As a matter of fact, he was early. By the time, I arrived he was almost done. He answered any questions that I had at that moment. He even answered questions I had way after the fact. I was able to call him on two different occasions and he answered every question I had with no hesitation. As a first-time home buyer, he reassured me of things that would need changing and things I could do over time. His inspection report was very detailed. If I buy another home in GA, I will definitely use them again!

The home inspector that came to inspect our home was Mr. Britt Baker. He was very punctual and professional. He has all the tools and gadgets to properly inspect our home and was very thorough with the task. I was there with him the whole time and He was more than happy to answer any questions I had and taught me a lot about the condition of the home. I am saving this company on my favorites list so I can recommend them to friends/family in the future. We got our report the same day which was wonderful. Thank you Britt for loving what you do!

Randy was professional, on time, and very good. He quickly located a nest of termites and determined the prior termite system was outdated and not effective. He assured us that the infestation was not a bad one yet, and recommended a new system. We have since asked the current homeowners to correct the situation prior to closing and look forward to contracting with Inspect-All for annual termite care and prevention. Would highly recommend.

Two guys came out a week ahead of the work to examine the crawl space. They looked at it and emailed me a report of what they found. They also made an encapsulation recommendation. A week later, a crew came out and installed the crawl space vapor barrier. They were professional and quick. After the job they emailed me a report of what they did and what they found. I'm really happy with Inspect-all.

I bought a $59 deal and I had no trouble getting an appointment just a few days later. I had used Inspect-All for the home inspection prior to buying this house 6 months ago, so I felt confident in trying their pest control service. The inspector was on time and spent a few minutes with me to explain the entire process, which I appreciate since I like to know how things work. He did try to upsell me on termite service, but not in a pushy way, which I may consider in the future. I signed up for ongoing quarterly treatments for $75/ea.

I scheduled the inspection by phone. The inspector showed up on time. He was extremely thorough and took pictures of every problem he found. The report was very clear and easy to understand.

They were very courteous and professional. I was very pleased. I would use them again. They were very punctual with everything. I had to have extra work done. They did as much as they could for the $79 but we had to find a way to keep the rodents out so there was additional costs. I would highly recommend them. Easy to work with. Pleasant. They came out within the same week.

The service went well. Two people came out for the job. One guy did the inspection and the other guy the infared scan I believe. They did a good job with the inspection. They provided a 50 page report after the inspection. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Inspect-All was recommended to us by a friend who recently used them for two different home inspections and I have to say they are pretty fantastic. We used them for a home inspection on a house we are buying. Brett was our inspector. The inspection was scheduled for 2p. I arrived 5 mins before and Brett was already there walking around the home. He introduced himself and gave me his card and away we went on the inspection. All in all it took about three hours. He was very thorough, let me follow along, and ask a million questions. His report was very detailed and the turnaround was lightning fast! I really can't say enough good things about Brett and his attention to detail. Making the appointment was super easy and paying over the phone was convenient. Should we have a need for a home inspection in the future we would definitely use them again. Thanks again Brett!

I called Inspect-All to inspect the house for termites and rodents. I have the house under contract, and the seller found rodent droppings and mud tubes he suspected were termites. So I hired Inspect-All to take a look. They found that the rodent droppings were old, which is consistent with the history of the house and the tenant's belief. The mud tubes were dirt daubers, not termites. They were very professional and honest. They quoted on protecting the house against termites. They did not charge me, which may or may be the experience of everyone. I have done a lot of business with them, so the free pass may have been because of that. As a landlord, I am always looking for contractors that are keepers, and this is one of them.

I had this inspection when the home warranty was going to end up. They came out and they took pictures, but they do not go into detail for the inspection. I have had great home inspection companies do work for me, so I know what is expected. Their price for the inspection was high for what they did, but comparable to others in the area. I was expecting them to pin-point things that I could not see. There was an issue with one of the sinks, it runs very slow and he told me that the problem was just something that happens and could not be fixed; water goes around the air. I wished he would have told me that it was not running well and that a plumber needed to fix that since it is not normal.

We used Inspect-All-Services for our home inspection and I couldn't of been happier. We then decided to give them a try for our pest control needs. As always they were very great in communicating and following up with me during the process. I purchased a Groupon which included 2 treatments for $100. After the first treatment I told them I wanted them back out in a month. Sure enough the front office emailed me looking to setup our follow up appointment and I quickly scheduled. We are also going to use them to do our termite treatment in the spring. Great company and highly recommended!

I wasn't there for the inspection, but my wife was. Let me say that our realtor (with 14+ years experience in the same area) took the inspector's card as she said he was the best inspector she had worked with, and our homeowner's insurance company (who received a copy of the inspection report) also said it was the most thorough inspection report they had ever seen (80+ pages). They caught things we didn't even think about, and their inspection and advice was the key to our purchase. Could not recommend these guys any more!
