We used inspect all services on a property that we did not end up buying. They did such a thorough job and took a lot of pictures we were able to decide against the home. I am about to hire them again for our next dream property. The customer service was excellent and the report came to us the night of the inspection. Well done!

The inspector showed up on time, and was very friendly. Since living in the house for over six months, we've found issues with that should have been discovered by the home inspection. The inspector rushed through the inspection. It only took him an hour to go through a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a finished basement. We went with this company because the reviews were good and there was a deal on Angie's List.

Great! We use Inspect-All for all of our pest control issues - rodent exclusion, mosquito exclusion, insect pest control. They even did our home inspection. They are always responsive, professional, and effective!

Andy, was the technician for this service. He was punctual, courteous and professional. Upon arrival he explained the entire process, then proceeded to review the residential areas and began the treatment. He treated all entry and exit doors and windows, plumbing components, and any other external penetrating surface that is conducive to pest entry. The entire service took about an hour and there was no residual smell or residue visible... internally or externally. I was provided a contract authorization for signature prior to his arrival, a confirmation email with the technician name and photo, and summary report of the services rendered before 5pm -- same day. I would highly recommend this company to others seeking these services.

Marty for Inspect-All was fantastic; I shadowed him during the inspection and he answered all of my questions. The report was done quickly (1 day after), and it was thorough and comprehensive. I highly recommend them.

It went well. They were on time even though he left for 1 hour before he finishes it and came back to finish it.

Very impressed with Inspect-All Services. I was kept in the loop through emails, texts, and phone calls concerning appointment time and the guys (face pictures) who would be doing the installation. The guys were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use Inspect-All Services in the future and recommend to all my friends without any hesitation.

The inspector missed a roof leak I caught the first day I was up there to do some air sealing. However, the company recognized the issue and courteously gave me a double refund to offset the repair cost. The rest of the inspection seemed to be accurate and complete. I also used them for an inspection on another house beforehand and ended up not buying it partially due to the results. Overall, I think I am happy with their product.

It was fantastic!!!! They were polite, professional, smart and knew what they were doing!! They also talked with me about the steps they were taking and what they were using. It was a little pricey but as they sometimes say you get what you pay for. It was worth every cent!!!!!

Great I have used this service previously on two occasions for home inspections they were very through and I will be using them again to assist with my punch list for my current on.

The process was very painless. We called and they scheduled an inspector to come out within a few days. The inspector was professional and did a great job. The inspector walked the property with us and showed us his findings and gave us his insights. It was great.

My inspection time was 10:00 am, I arrived at 9:50 and the inspector Tim was already there and was on the roof. He was very nice, very friendly and professional. I'm a first time home buyer so all of this is very new to me, I had to use google a lot, I was a little afraid to ask too many questions but he assured me that this is what he is there for and told me to feel free to ask any questions and follow him as he does his inspection. He not only answered all of my questions but he kind of broke some things down for me a little further because some things I was confused on. I am very pleased with my service, after calling 6 other businesses this was the lowest cost and I was truly afraid of the old saying that you get what you pay for when you go with the lowest cost option but my inspection report was very detailed I was surprised at the amount of pictures and details included with the report and at how much they actually go over. I am thinking I may use them for pest control over orkin because I had such a great experience with the actual inspector as well as the office staff that I spoke to over the phone. This is a really great company this is one instance when I can truly say you don't need to pay more to get the best.

Every one of people I have dealt with at Inspect-All has been terrific....from the office lady who's so nice, to all the people that have come to do rodent checks and to those who did the exclusion (probably about 4 different people). Very professional, very customer oriented, and knowledgeable. I started out with the Big Deal to check out the noises in my attic which I was pretty sure were squirrels being as I have oak trees around my house. Since there was definite evidence of squirrels having been there, I didn't want any more, so I opted for the exclusion. My neighbor had this done so no one had to sell me on it. The folks show up on time and do a good job. They've checked for rodents about 4 times now and no squirrels in traps. Also, due to the smell in my attic from what the squirrels left, I'm going to have Inspect-All take out the very old insulation that the squirrels love and put new insulation in with a bug barrier in it. I can stand bugs in my house and I haven't had any since Skyview Pest control put in some kind of the same bug barrier in the attic 2 years ago. I would definitely recommend Inspect-All for any of their services.

It didn't. I scheduled a home inspection immediately after signing a contract to purchase a foreclosed home. When I toured the home I noticed mold in the kitchen and a bedroom, and wanted to know the depth of the mold and other issued to determine if the property's price was reasonable for the amount of repairs needed. I communicated all of this information to the scheduler, who use the information to suggest add-ons for the inspection service. After agreeing to a relevant add-on and being explained the scope of service, I contracted and paid for the service. The day of the inspection-one day prior to my due diligence period expiring-the 67yr old inspector went in the front door, out the back and refused to inspect the property because of mold. The same mold I disclosed a week prior when I called, and my realtor informed them of-in writing the day before. His suggestion was that we find a "younger inspector might be willing to do it; I'm 67 years old I'm too old to take that kind of risk". When asked if he had a mask, his response was no. He then informed me there would be a trip charge for him coming out and NOT performing a service, that I already paid for due to mold that I and my entire team were 100% transparent about. Additionally his refusal to inspect scared the electrician who came to provide an estimate for services, subsequently he never entered the house . After refusing to pay the trip[ fee, I was promised a full refund. I could not find another available inspector before my due diligence period ending, so I'm purchasing the house as-is. So help me God.

Jasmine and Melissa in scheduling called promptly after we purchased our deals to get us scheduled. We had to reschedule a few times and were met with nothing but patience, kindness, and great attitudes from both of them. Robert F. came out to perform a free inspection before our Angie's List services were actually performed (at our request). Robert found several issues that we did not know we had and recommended services to address those issues. He was very thorough and explained everything that he found during the inspection. On our date of service, the providers were a little late due to rain and traffic but called ahead to let me know which was fine by me (anyone in Atlanta knows that you just have to roll with traffic and delays on heavy rain days). Jerry R. arrived first and walked around the property with me to inspect all of our problem areas. Justin C. arrived about an hour later to help complete the work. They got the vapor barrier installed in under an hour and completed the pest control service even faster (these were our Angie's List deals). They were extremely thorough with the rodent exclusion and explained all of the aspects of the service as they completed them. Jerry gave us lots of information and tips to help with our pest control issues and also information and tips to help with our gutters and other areas of our house that need work (out of the kindness of his heart)! This information will definitely help us reduce costs at our property and will also help us know what to look for if we ever have pest problems again. We are so impressed with Inspect-All that we are switching from Terminex to Inspect-All for our termite control. I highly recommend Inspect-All for any pest control issues!

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for a crawlspace inspection & evaluation and the installation for a Vapor Barrier for $199. Jeff Konzal was the tech who came out to perform the services. During the inspection he found termites and was unable to install the vapor barrier because there was debris left in the crawlspace from the original builder (wood, concrete....just to name a few). I asked Jeff they could remove all the debris, provide a termite treatment & then install the vapor barrier. We agreed on an August 20th date to provide all 3 services. Jeff returned on August 20th with Justin Clendening - these two men were absolutely phenomenal. It was so hot out and they cleared out all the debris, hauled it off, did the termite treatment, then installed the vapor barrier all in one day! They left no mess and did an excellent job! They even provided me with before & after pictures. This company has earned their grade A rating. They were on-time and finished the job in one day! I typically have trust issues with contractors being an older single woman, but these guys were so professional and I felt very comfortable with everything they did. I have signed up for an annual termite inspection and will continue using this company! EXCELLENT customer service!!

Everyone from the office staff to the inspector was very helpful, attentive and a pleasure to work with. My realtor and I were so impressed with our inspector Todd that she wanted to get some of his business cards to distribute to other clients. He arrived early, and was extremely professional, personable and thorough!! I would highly recommend Inspect- All Services to friends and family.

Robert arrived on time and was very helpful in his inspection. We just bought the home a few months ago and he offered up a lot of great advice in terms of repairs to make and how to keep the home pest free - more than just termites. He was very professional and I would definitely use these guys again. My only regret is that I didn't use them for our initial full home inspection when we bought the house!

Jeff did a great job, anb told me what all was going on in the crawl space. He left his extension cord behind. Tried to let him know but never heard back. Still got it if he wants it! But seriously, great job. Exactly what I was looking for.

What a great job! I am pretty knowledgeable about homes and the condition they are in...Tim did a great job and noticing everything down to how many siding tiles are been replaced...very impressed...he really spent some time going room to room and explaining everything...he was genuine and honest about things he thought were a real problem and things that were normal wear and tear problems...I recommend them to everyone...the report was detailed and pictures were taken of every detail...good job guys!

Great. Jake was on time and performed the home inspection on an investment property. The home needed a lot of work, and Jake was upfront and showed me everything. I got the report that evening and it listed everything in an easy to read report. I have recommended them to others.
