It was good. However, we don't need them on a permanent basis. The price was well wroth the work done. The staff was very nice and professional.

The inspection and initial consultation revealed issues some of which we knew about and others we did not know. With full disclosure and showing us the problems we went ahead with the recommendations and Inspect-All Services did a stellar job! Most of which we did not need to be here for! Which is a plus for working people! The finished product was exactly as described my crawl space went from a dark and damp hole to a shining and squeeky clean fully lined and sealed crawl space. This was about 1300 square feet of crawl space and I felt with the amount of work that had been done the price I paid for the job was a real value and such an improvement to the value of this house. It's not even an argument. A very important improvement that will pay off over the years!!!! I highly recommend Inspect-All Services!!!!!

Scheduled appointment was about 2 weeks before service would be done day of service truck broke down which I understand. When they called to let me know a rescheduled date it was going to be another 2 weeks before they would perform the service. A month to get the job completed was a bit long. I started to just cancel the job but they managed to get it moved up a week, usually when a company doesn't make an appointment it's not 1-2 weeks to finish the job.

The job took three days and the work is impeccable. Jeff, the project lead, was a very nice guy and kept me updated as to the daily progress.

Fair. Inspector did not discuss his results with me when he was complete.

Mike Purcell arrived on time, was knowledgeable, worked hard and created a useful report on what was going on and what was needed. There were areas under the shower floor that were identified as leaks that could never have been found without the technology used by this company. I wanted to buy one of those cameras, but at 2k, I was not likely to do that. I was impressed. I will hire them again to do a french drain.

Fine. On time, good price, courteous service. Since we have had a drought, I cannot say if it is working adequately.

The folks at Inspect-All were very responsive and did a very thorough job. Their reports had a lot of detail with photographs showing all the specific issues.

The technician was prompt and explained the service. Really liked the specialized report provided regarding the health of my lawn. Also provided pricing on extended regular service.

It was okay. The climate will kill the weeds but it didn't they probably did a good job. I think they came out two weeks after I purchase the big deal. I wouldn't do it again. They were great with professionalism. I will not use them again not because of the provider, it's just the service. I've got a lineman, I'd have him do it from now on.

The service was easy to set up, tech was on time and it went well. I was puzzled by the report showing I had no lawn weeds, as I know I have several. Also the tech did not have info on the lawn and shrub care packages I asked for earlier. That was provided later by email. Then I got a bill and had to provide the Angie's List invoice to prove I had already paid. When I called to discuss the lawn and shrub care packages I backed away because they have an auto renewal clause in the contracts which must be cancelled in writing a week prior to the renewal date. I simply won't enter into that type of arrangement.

It went great. Mike came out to do the initial inspection and treatment in April. He was great to work with and has continued to be such. We signed up for the quarterly treatment and ended up having them do the rodent exclusion and insulation blow in in July. We will continue using Inspect All.

I have never heard one word from INSPECT-ALL. How do I get my refund?? .!!!!!

We received an incredibly thorough home inspection from Todd. He was there when we arrived, and had already gone up and inspected the roof and the exterior of the house, taken pictures, and made notes. He walked through the house with my husband, our realtor, and me, and answered all of our many questions. Unfortunately, the house was not up to par, but we learned so many things during our time with Todd that informed the rest of our search. We have found another home that we are interested in, and are using Todd again to complete our inspection. We highly recommend InspectAll.

It went very well. The inspector was very friendly and punctual. He provided the report within one day of the inspection and it included photographs. My only comment is that on almost every area that we had concern we were told to have a "licensed contractor" look at this or that. In hindsight, I would have preferred to spend the money on the licensed contractor rather than on an inspector.

The inspection went perfectly. Todd was the most thorough and polite home inspector I have ever met.

It not go well, the provider had refused to honor the deal, even through they were the ones who sent it to me.

Not much to say. They showed up at the scheduled time and did the work. I will know about the effectiveness in a few weeks.

Excellent, just ordered another pest inspection and treatment. I would recommend this company to anyone buy a home in the near future.

Not only was Calvin (our technician) here during the service estimate window, he was here early; Calvin could not have been more helpful explaining what he was going to do. The overall customer service provided by Inspect-All Services from the scheduling of the appointment to the appointment itself was easy and aggravation free. This company clearly cares about its clients and values their time.
