The inspector was on time and very friendly. He spent 3 hours testing all the appliances and fixtures that were readily available. Detailed notes and pictures where included in the report along with infrared images of the entire home. The inspection gave me the confidence that the property even though in need of repair was something that would be worth my time and effort.

So far so good. The pest proofing of our home took a day, but I am convinced that with this company we can keep all rodents out where they belong.

Wonderfully! I spoke with Jennifer to schedule the appointment and she was simply awesome. Very professional, polite, and informative of the service options. She answers the phone within two rings. It's incredible. Jeff completed the inspection and was phenomenal!! He had a rhythm to his inspection that ensured everything was covered. Nothing was overlooked. He was knowledgeable of code requirements and listed potential future hazards in his report. Extremely thorough! I ended up not purchasing the home but the inspection was WELL WORTH the money. I will definitely use Inspect-All in the future. My every interaction with the company has been valuable!

Dealt with several people, Terry, Jeff, Joseph and Jerry. They were all superb and did excellent work. Another plus is that the people in their office actually believe in, and give, excellent Customer Service. We could not be more pleased with our decision to hire them, and the work they performed.

The yard was a bit larger than the service paid, and they did it without any questions. They did a thorough job on the front and back yard. I definitely seen a reduction in the weeds. Excellent Service!!!

We didn't want the additional areas done because we have a big yard and they did part of it. I don't think the product they used was that successful. The part that they applied the treatment is not any better than the one nothing was applied to. I did apply some fertilizer and weed killer myself. Given the price of the special, I guess it was worth it. It did as well as the part I treated myself, probably a little less than I paid for what I did. I thought they were good, they showed up on time. They talked to me and offered me additional services. The price was a good deal. The technicians were careful, there was no mess. They were pretty good.

The home inspection was done very well by Britt Baker. The seller of the home did later tell us (the buyers) that the radon test (done by another inspector) was not done properly since the machine was placed on the ground instead of 22 inches or higher above the ground. However, Inspect All was very professional about the situation. They apologized and refunded us the amount for the radon test. That's the only reason I am giving a B for quality. For the home inspection itself, it was done very meticulously and thoroughly. The company was a little hard to reach on the weekends but on the weekdays, I was always able to reach someone. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to do a home inspection because they are very reasonably priced, handled everything in a very professional manner, and treated their customers with respect and appreciation.

Great job! The project foreman, was very professionally dressed and nice. I also wanted other areas seeded that had pine straw on it and I had not raked it back off of dirt by the time they arrived and they were kind enough to rake it for me. I was so impressed that I called their office to let them know!

nothing to show for their service. No lawn growth one month after their service. I have been maintaining this lawn for 30 plus years so I know good lawn service and this was not one.

Very well. The technician that came in was very straightforward and took his time to inspect. He came in 3 times to check the traps - the last was after the soffit was fixed. I could have used someone else's help for the Soffit repair but I needed to make sure there were no nests etc in the attic. I assumed the soffit work to not be much but after watching them work all evening, I was impressed. Really good value for the money paid.

They are very good. I am very happy with them. The people they send know what they are doing and do a good job. They are all polite and all efficient and quick. Everything they've done, they've done well.
