Wasn't present because they arrived late. I don't see any change to the yard. Didn't take time to properly apply. Spend less than 15 min and left as I was told by neighbor.

As expected. Making appointment was delay due to amount of customer taking the offer. Some minor problems caused.

Very well, the work was done quickly and efficiently. The tech explained what was being and why.

The person who came was friendly, but I have lots of weeds all over and they have to send him back to retreat my lawn. My lawn looks worse now.

It went very well. They did everything they said they would. Explained the process and did a fantastic job. I have planned to use them again in the future.

Job was completed as advertised. Technician made suggestions about seed type and placement. Area seeded is now looking very good!

They were very good. They were very thorough, and I appreciated that. I got an estimate, and their estimate was a little high, and I told them that, for an complete rodent proof thing, but they explained what they were going to do thoroughly. They gave me an price, that deducted the seventy nine dollars, to do the complete, total house, rodent proof, but its too expensive, and I might get back. I was in middle of doing my whole kitchen redone, and interior done, and just too expensive at the time. They were very fair, gave me a good estimate, discussed what they did, and I didn't disagree with that. Price is very fair.Getting rid of the pests, made me aware I'm going to have to do this eventually. Very professional. I would use them again possibly, but I found a company that I had already been working with, they gave me the same thing, for lesser price, because I have been a customer for so long. They are not the most reasonable, but probably the best. There was two workers present. They came back three different times, to trap and do various things. Period of time to set the traps, routine pest control over time.

Great! Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and reponded in a timely manner. Showed up right on time and did a great, thorough job.

Ultimately it went well. Had some issues scheduling. On first schedule, tech waited to time of service to notify me that they were out of seeds. An earlier notification would have saved me some precious time. But when they did come, they were professional, thorough, and courteous. I look forward to seeing the results in my lawn since I opted for the maintenance package as well. At my request I did appreciate the tech taking a soil sample to help determine what my soil may need to grow grass more efficiently.

I was not able to be present at the time of service. I paid to have 8,000 sqft of over seeding and core aeration about got 5,000 sqft. I asked that they start in the front yard and continue down the side of the house, and finish in the back yard. I asked that they start the backyard on the left side till they reach their 8,000 sqft limit. The service provider advised that they aerated 8,000 sqft, but when you measure out the area were the service was preformed it is far less. It comes out to about 5,000 sqft. The tech was supposed to continue into the back yard till they reached 8,000 sqft. I called asked if there was a miscommunication between myself and the tech, and that is why the tech didn't do any of the back yard. If so I understand that happens and would like them to come back out and finish the rest of the sqft that was paid for. I was advised that the tech did the 8,000 sqft per their notes, and they would come back out and do the back yard at a discounted rate.

They were excellent and I was very happy with them. They were very honest with me.

It didn't. They called, but I couldn't take the call. I asked if they could call me back the following day. They did not call. When I called them they told me the earliest they could schedule it was March 30 - three weeks out. I was told that's because of all the unseasonably cold weather lately - Really? We've been having record highs lately. Ridiculous. I will be asking Angie's List for refund.

Technician called evening before 8 a.m. appointment and changed to 1 p.m. at which time he was told we had to leave house by 4:30. He arrived close to 3 and stated job was harder than thought. At 4:30, he left and told us to schedule another visit. Four days later, he returned (this time about an hour late) and despite us stressing entire crawl space must be covered with new visqueen, our check immediately after he left found numerous areas left uncovered. Note that the technician was always polite and professional but so disappointing we have to pay again for someone else complete the job.

Aron was our inspector and arrived at the house an hour before he was scheduled to and had already inspected the outside of the house by the time we arrived. He was very professional and courteous and went above and beyond in answering our questions and pointing our various things that needed to be done. We were super impressed! He had the full report ready and uploaded and sent via email by that evening.

I had seen evidence of rodents in my basement although I had not seen any actual rodents. Calvin came to my house and showed me all of the evidence that indicated I did have a rodent infestation. He pointed out all of the entrance points in my 100 year old home. He suggested the full rodent exclusion package. Although I was immediately faced with "sticker shock" I decided to go along with the plan. The plan included a full house (roof to ground) process where all holes/cracks etc were detected ,repaired and sealed. I would suggest that anyone considering having this done should watch the video to understand the full extent of this process--- i had no idea. The company is very efficient and professional in sending reminder emails/pics of people who come into your home/ and showing up on time. They sent out an initial crew of 5-6 people who were here about 4 hours. They cleaned up everything upon leaving. They made an appointment to come back in 5-7 days for trap checks and this continues until no rodents are found. They guarantee the service for a full year and they will renew the contract for a minimal fee. I would particularly like to compliment the guys who came into my home- Calvin (sales & eduator), Will (exclusion tech), Jerry (wildlife specialist and trap checker) and all of the people on the exclusion crew,and in the office. Everyone I dealt with from this company was first class and I am definitely considering using them for other projects including insulation and waterproofing in the future.

Last lawn treatment went very well. I'm having it done again .

All the treatment did was kill or turn brown all of the grass and weeds in my yard. Iit took a real long time for things to come back. I did have a lot of weeds in my yard but I didn’t expect everything to turn brown. They did give me a real high estimate to come back and treat the brown yard. I declined the offer for further service.
