We had an issue with the first technician that came out, but the subsequent technician did a good job. There was a conserted effort to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, our yard looks so much better and we are indeed satisfied with the services that were provided.

Everything went well they did what they said they will do.

It went well. We are thinking of hiring them to come on a regular basis.

They came and began working in our yard without contacting my wife to get an understanding of where the work was needed. After being pointed to the right location the technician left without letting us know what was actually done. To-date there is nothing growing from whatever seeding and fertilizing they may have done. Again, I can't say what they actually did since they failed to check with us when they were finished.

I hired Inspect All to perform a series of weed management services for my lawn. The package I signed up for was supposed to include 8 services per year. They came out to my house initially for the first visit several months ago but never came back after that. Admittedly, I did not track their visits, I only inquired about the services this week when I saw my lawn had an awful weed problem. I called the company and asked them when they'd last visited my house and they confirmed that they hadn't visited since January/February. They did know why nobody had been to my house the last few months. I canceled my lawn care services with this company.

They did an excellent job, they were on time and provided great communication. I would definitely recommend them.

Very well. Britt Baker was our inspector. He did a very thorough job, explained everything very thoroughly...not just the issues, but also what needs to be done to keep the house in great condition going forward. Very punctual to arrive, report sent within 3 hours of finishing the inspection. Great service!

Excellent. I am currently in need of pest control services and I'm entrusting this to Inspect-All based on the quality, professionalism and outcome of using them in the past.

The service should include aeration, overseeding and fertilizing. But, I did not see the effect of overseeding and fertilizing after 2 weeks of watering twice a day. In fact, I did not see seeds at all after the service. It is basically aeration only. The servicemen are polite though.

The young servicing my home was very professional. He explained what looked like a flower growing in my lawn and how he would treat it.

They did not do the service in March/ April as requested and in May, it was too late to seed

Still working on the products that were applied. Everything appears to have been applied and now the rest is up to me. I believe everything will come out right but only because of all the rain that we had after application. If we didn't have the rain then for me to apply enough water to the ground would have been difficult do to my age, If they had said this in the original advertisement I may have thought differently in doing the contract.

Well the first issue wasn't so bad but I had an appointment one day, they never did come. They never did call to say they weren't going to make it until l I began inquire, which was late in the evening. So that prohibited me from doing things I wanted to do. They finally called to say they would reschedule. They didn't call when they said they would but they did finally call to reschedule. When the tech came out he just started doing things. He did not check with my wife to find out what it was he was supposed to be doing. She had to stop him and directed him to the area we needed to have seeded and aerated. He finally went around to that area and she gave him instructions. She asked the technician to let her know how much of an area he could cover for the price we had paid for. Well he finished doing his area, that she had directed him to but he never stopped and then he left. He never checked with her to say ?We are done" or "this is the additional area we did" if any, or anything like that. I just thought it was really unprofessional the way they went about it. The last conversation I had with them, because I did fill out the survey afterwards, with comments so they called me. I told them the concerns and she said she would have the guy, technician call my wife to let her know. To my knowledge, my wife has never mentioned that he called her and the time I did ask she said no he had not called her.

Was given a 9 hour service window (8am-5pm). No confirmation or notice of running late. After several calls late into the window, the tech showed up at 6:30pm. Recognized it was about to rain, but ensured it would not affect the treatment. Walked the yard for about 3 minutes spraying, then sat in truck in front of my house for 20 minutes before leaving. Treatment was not effective in helping with weed control.

They looked at my yard and told me bc of the kind of grass I had the work needed to be done in colder temperatures. Their competitor planted in Aug!

Killed most of the weeds, but not all.

It took a number of months for the job to be completed.

Its okay. They did alright. They did real good. It stayed at what we paid for. I would use them again. That is why we wanted to get them so we could have them spray again. There was just one gentlemen. He was nice and genuine.

It didn't go at all. The technician stated it was too late to put out grass seed. And that I would have to wait until the fall. Did offer to aerate my backyard.

The weather was a factor earlier, but they worked to reschedule and the guys were able to complete the job.

The service helped with the weeds but did not kill most of them, seems like I will need at least a couple of more treatments. Grass appears to be growing well but is not as green as neighbors.

Quite well, treatments now being done every 6 weeks.
