+ -1 moreThey gave me an estimate of 4 hours to get the work done. They did not have enough workers and the work extended into 8 + hours, and they did not notify me of that at the time. I asked the man why it was taking so long, and then I found out about the lack of workers. I wish they had communicated that information to me in the beginning because I had to change appointment times accordingly.
Description of Work: They placed hardwood flooring in my kitchen, bathroom, and entryway.

+ -1 moreAFTER GETTING NO RESPONSE FROM MY CONTACT, I WENT TO THE NORCROSS LOCATION...ONLY TO FIND IT VACANT. THIS TRIP WAS 2 HOURS OUT OF MY WAY, BUT ONE MY INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDED. THEY HADN'T BOTHERED TO UPDATE THEIR WEBPAGE. SPOKE WITH JIM BERRY, TRYING TO GET DIRECTIONS TO THEIR NEW LOCATION. HE KNOW EVERY FAST FOOD OUTLET IN A FIVE MILE RADIUS, BUT COULDN'T TELL ME WHERE HE WAS. HE BECAME PARTICULARLY RUDE. IF YOU LIKE ABUSE...SHOP HERE
