chimney sweep, gutter cleaning
+ 0 moreThey told me a date they would come but not a time. As to my surprise it was 1st thing in the morning when I was about to leave the house. I stayed around to see how they performed the work and to get them to do anything that I did not see done. I kept looking out the window waiting for them to finish and waiting for them to come to the door. I looked outside and then they were gone. No knock on the door or anything to make sure I was fine with their work. I will never use them again and suggest others stay away. They left all kinds of brush and leaves on my deck which was all wet and gross and something I could not believe they did not clean up. I have had all kinds of companies other the years for cleaning my gutters and never had this poor of a performance or response. NEVER again will I use them!
Description of Work: I purchased a special deal of the day through Amazon deals to get this gutter cleaning and I regret this purchase. I contacted the company by phone and they did not call back but they stated on their voicemail to email them and call them back if I did not hear from them. That should have been the warning right there. I called them in January and he emailed back about 3 days later stating they were so busy couldn't come till February. I already did not have a good impression of them and this on top of it was not a good representation either of a good quality company.

Watson Home Solutions LLC offers the following services: We specialize in Mini Home Repairs to include Minor Electrical, Minor Plumbing, Pressure Washing, Deck and Fence Staining and Waterproofing. We also install curtain rods, window blinds, shower curtain rods, towel racks, etc. Baby Proofing is another great service we provide to include installing baby gates, cabinet door/drawer locks, outlet covers, toilet lid locks, door knob locks and more. We can also pickup and deliver purchases made at a retailer or department store and deliver to your home
We do not offer major plumbing or major electrical services. We only replace the existing fixtures that are already in place. We do not do wood rot, painting, gutters or any service that requires us to climb high up. I want everyone to be safe and minimize risk at the customer's home. We also do not do major sheetrock repairs or installation.
