Jaelan was my technician, and he did a great job. He was punctual, very thorough, and patiently answered all my questions - in short, very professional. I really appreciated that he dusted a hand rail that's hard hit by carpenter bees.

Excellent! Appointment was made and two providers showed up exactly on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They answered all our questions and made arrangements for the next visit. We were highly satisfied with their service.

During the pandemic a Venture representative showed up at my door to give me a hard sell to use their pest control service. The representative was not wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. This puts me and my family at risk. I did not go out to seek your business. This neighborhood (like many neighborhoods) is a no soliciting neighborhood. When I called Venture to inform them how absolutely inappropriate their actions are they blew me off and said "we are following all the laws". This is a false statement since it is trespassing to solicit here. Clearly they do not care about the health of the community based on their actions and response. Even if I was looking for a pest control company I would never use this company based on these 2 interactions that I had with them.

The two gentlemen that visited our house(two separate visits) were very professional and nice. They listened to our needs and went out of their way to help us. They made appointments around our schedule and made us feel like we were appreciated as customers. We completely recommend them.

I have used Venture Pest Control for a few years now and they have been a pleasure to deal with. All the technicians that have been to my home have been professional, courteous and thorough. For the current service, I had called them two days ago to say that we had seen cockroaches in a particular area of our home. They scheduled an appointment for two days out, showed up on time and got the job done expediently. I would highly recommend them for regular pest control service.

Venture pest control provides my regular maintenance. They always let me know ahead of time when they are coming and are very professional to deal with. They also provide spot services on an as-needed basis. I have used them for the past four or five years and have been very happy with them.

It went well. Came and treated the 1+ acre with a concentration on ants and wasps.

I have been using the company for a couple of years now and they have provided good service during that time. They always let me know a day before service, are always punctual and courteous. I don't think I have ever seen the same service person twice though. More expensive than other companies but the treatment seems to be comprehensive.

I have been using Venture Pest Control for a couple of years and am happy with the service they have provided. They are always prompt and courteous and appear to do a good job. We did have a problem in the first year when they had to return to redo a treatment as I was not happy it had been completed thoroughly. But this was done promptly and efficiently. My only concern is price as $99 per quarter does seem somewhat high for service that takes only a few minutes. I appreciate that quality of service is the acid test and at that I cannot fault Venture. But despite being happy with service overall it is probably time to get some comparative quotes to see that we are still receiving value f or money.

Brian was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and very thorough with his treatments and spider web removal. He was a pleasure to do business with.

It was great. I pay them to come quarterly, for almost 2 years, and if we see any pests they will come out and deal with them. They've come back out on non scheduled dates and sprayed inside when we've seen bugs and the most recent is removing a large hornets nest outside.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He treated the interior and exterior of the entire home. He also spread a special jell in the kitchen where ants tend to congregate. He also did this outside of the house. The ants will take pieces of the jell back to the colony and infect the next generation of ants and kill the queen. The job was very thorough. Excellent work!

Monthly service, but will come out again free of charge if start seeing mosquitos. We did call last month and they were out within a day or two. Seem to be very thorough. We have loved being able to spend lots of time in our yard this summer. Highly recommend.

With many services, the experience is defined by a technician you meet and services that yield immediate results. Pest control is much more subtle. I signed up about a year ago when a sales guy offered a deal for a year of service. The price was right and I was annoyed by some intermittent ant problems and finding bug carcasses whenever I vacuum. A year later, I can say that I can't remember the last time I had either in the house. I am quite happy not to be bothered by bugs so the service is well worth it.

We are completely satisfied with Venture Pest Control. In the past we have used other services and found that insects were still entering our home, even with the technician spraying inside our home. With Venture Pest Control, the technician sprays the outside perimeter of our home on a quarterly basis. There is no need for us to make the time to stay home waiting for a technician to spray inside our home. the occasional bug that we find in the home is dead. The price that we pay for their service is less than other companies we have used in the past. We highly recommend Venture Pest Control.

A guy knocked at my door on the Friday and introduced himself and their service. At first I was trying to get rid of him because we have tons of people knocking at our door selling all kind of stuff. His ipad caught my attention because he was referred to pricing on his pad and was willing to offer a reasonable discount. I was impressed that he was able to negotiate with deep discounts. His final offer was acceptable to me and I agreed to sign on for a maintenance program. He did everything on his ipad and I received immediate confirmation via e-mail. The best thing was that the technician came the next day, on a Saturday, exactly on the agreed time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he did and what to expect going forward. Great job. I am very impress with this company.

Don't buy anything in your driveway!!! I did and it didn't go well. One evening I answered my door to Jake from Venture. This is the greatest guy. Everything about him was awesome. I signed the papers because of Jake. We set up an initial visit a few days later. One of the things this company does a little differently is spray in between the bricks and wipe all the spider webs. In doing so he sprayed all of my ground floor windows up to 3 ft. I have a total of 72 windows and they sprayed 27 of them. They also poured, and I'm not kidding, poured granules all over my my entire driveway, sidewalks, doorways and decks. I called to let them know and they gave me a $25 discount which didn't put a dent in the amount of money I spent to have them cleaned. Approx. $100. I asked to speak with someone in charge and Tom wasn't in town. Never returned my call. Before I could get that settled they came out again. No call in advance, actually I never received a courteous call before they came out for service. I needed a warning so that I could make sure they didn't do it again. The only way I knew they were there is because of pounds of granules all over the place again. I called again and I am serious I told the girl that answered the phone that it just wasn't working for me and that I didn't need their service anymore. Her head spun around and she said that I owe them a cancellation fee of $115. I asked her if there were any notes in the computer about my experienceI..yes. I told her Venture owes me for my window damage and I owe them for cancellation. Call it even and let me go. Ahhhhh Nope. I asked for Tom to call me again and no call back. I assumed it was over. Three months go by and I see another auto charge from Venture. I called them and asked why another bill and when were they here. I wanted them to prove they were there and they couldn't. I was informed that they don't leave any sign that they were there. Both of my current companies leave a door knobber so that you know it was treated. Tom informed me they don't do that and I should have let them know and they would have come back out the next day and give me one. You have got to be kidding me. With pesticide the home owner should be notified if and when. I also have a dog with Beware of Dog. So anyone can come to my house and be all over my property with out my permission or knowing? What if technician was bit by my dog? Ahhh too bad for me I would be sued.Right? They couldn't prove they were here (I didn't see any granules like usual) They didn't come out! They charged me per the contract and I disputed it. Tom lost his mind....AND TURNED ME OVER TO A CREDIT AGENCY. HE LIED TO THE BBB saying that they turned me over because I was in 90 days. It was auto charged to my cc. He told them that he waived the cancellation fee but he didn't . After waiving the fee for cancelling then why were they at my house again ?He lose his temper and did something that can't be undone. The two of my neighbors that I convinced to use Venture prior to my bad experience had a very similar experience. I paid $50. to have my windows sprayed with pesticide, then another $95 for another mishap, $115 cancellation fee and because I disputed the last service due to no show I'm being threatened by their attorneys over $95. The reason I kept track of everything is after the first incident I looked online for ratings...take a look on other web sites..this is their business as usual. Follow your instinct:) Here I'll give the first words of Tom's response. I am sorry to hear that ( ) feels that way about the services we provide. We pride ourselves..........you know the rest.

We've been using Venture Pest for about 2 years now. They always call ahead to confirm their visit date, which makes it easy for us to reschedule if needed since we need to unlock the back gate for them. They've always been able to reschedule to suit our schedule and have always arrived in the time frame they've said they would. Great service. Less pests and bugs. Reliable.
