We were moving our daughters one bedroom apartment. Our movers, O'Hara and Shamar, showed up on time and were just the nicest guys! They were courteous and worked hard! The apartment we were moving to was on the third floor and there was no elevator.... they never said a peep about that. (The Furniture delivery guys definitely gave us an earful!). The move went smoothly, not as much as a scratch on anything. And as I mentioned before, the crew we had was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this location.

They were very good. We had two pieces of furniture damaged. It was one of those situations that when you are moving that much furniture and dealing with two flights of stairs, it is difficult to deal with. It was one of those situations where they were trying to get it done a little faster. They didn't quite take their time on those two pieces of furniture. Overall, when that happened, they were like, 'Okay wait a minute, we have to to slow down.'

Had used a different Two Men and a Truck years ago and was thrilled so when it was time to move papa out to his own apartment we looked up nearest office. Found this one with decent reviews. They gave an estimated to move what was basically barley a bedroom and some additional pieces.to be up front they were within their estimated time window and price, but they were on the long side of it, basically when you pay by the hour there is no motivation for anyone to move quickly. They dragged their butts often carrying less than 86 year old Papa could have carried on his own. There were 9 pieces of furniture to move, no boxes, everything was empty and ready for them. Any slower and they I could have walked it all to the new apartment. This was such a different experience than the first time we used a different office years ago. First piece of,advice, always be the first move of the day, my guess is these guys were late and tired because they had a move before us. They did not do a horrible job, but did far from a great job as well.

The office was very helpful setting up the appointment, very courteous and professional. The move went well, just a small local move.

Two gentlemen showed up exactly at the time they said they would. Moved entire household of large furniture without one nick on anything. Everything was neatly packed and unpacked on the other end and placed in the appropriate spot. Both men worked very hard and almost without a break (their choice, not mine). They were very hard workers and did an extremely professional job in a timeframe less than I had expected, especially since they were being paid by the hour. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a local moving service.

This is the second time that I use their services. They arrive on time they are very fast and very careful with everything .They ensure all the connections of the fridge and washer and dryer were working properly. They even changed the cable of the washer to ensure all was working fine!!!

Harold and Mike moved my elderly mom across town. They treated her as if she was their mom. Extremely professional and polite. Worked hard non-stop. All furniture was wrapped carefully and boxes packed perfectly. moved all boxes and furniture carefully too. will definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a crew of 2 guys (1 of them was named Gary). They worked tirelessly and effectively and really helped in making the moving process much easier. They didn't start the clock until they started to move stuff out and didn't not add any additional time at time of completion. They worked very quickly and carefully as all of our belongings were kept in pristine condition. I would highly recommend for anybody looking to move.

These guys were lifesaver! They showered up on time, kept me posted throughout the move and really went above and beyond to take care of our things and also ensure I didn't overdo it on moving day. They even lugged our very heavy piano up a flight of stairs and didn't complain one time. They were gentlemen and professional the whole time and made sure to keep me involved when placing our items in their new home.

During the move, they sent two movers to move my location. They collectively took about twice what I have experienced in the past with the same or more items to get my house packed and delivered. During the move in, they placed my mattress on the frame in the bedroom and failed to inform me that it was damaged (bulging from broken springs). They similarly did not make any notations anywhere of the damage on pick up or delivery anywhere in their documentation. When we filed a damage report the office refused to acknowledge they had any part in the damage, told us to file a warranty claim and have since ignored us (both corporate office and the local office). The mattress was about 6 months old and is ruined. I am still waiting on a decision from the mattress warranty claim and have been 1 month without a mattress my husband and I can sleep in. Other locations may be good, but avoid avoid avoid if you care about a quick move and them accepting any responsibility for damage.

Very happy with this provider. I was able to get a weekday appt quickly. Movers were scheduled to arrive between 8:30 - 9:30 am and they came right at 8:30. Sent 3 guys instead of 2, which made things go more quickly. Movers had me explain all I needed done: namely, moving things from certain rooms before others so that things from the basement could then be carried up to newly emptied upper rooms. Things were moved and relocated in a timely manner and then transported to the new location. Guys put things quickly into the new location, even volunteering to assemble dresser mirrors and such. Movers were friendly and careful - I had no damage or accidents. This company offers an Angie's List coupon for 2 large, 2 medium and 2 small boxes, plus tape and a marker with any move. The provider let me choose box sizes that would fit my needs, which was nice. I will use this company again next time I need a moving service.

They arrived on time with a courtesy call to let us know approximate arrival time. Very professional and fast. Took excellent care of the antiques and made sure they arrived without any scratches or damage. The guys were very friendly and easy to give insturctions to and immediately made me feel at ease. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

These gentlemen were outstanding. I couldn't believe how fast, efficient, careful, attentive to detail, professional and courteous they were. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and have already told all my friends about how well the move went. Next move I would absolutely hire them again. Additionally, the move cost 1/2 of what I expected because they were so fast. They charged by the hour ($135.) and while I overestimated how many boxes I'd have (I moved some of my small odds and ends myself) still they were WAY faster than I expected, based on past moves of the exact same items. But they didn't sacrifice carefulness. Everything arrived in great shape.

Initially, everything seemed to go well. They had a fair, competitive estimate and were available for the desired move date. I had a pretty good feeling from speaking with the owner and a positive feeling about the move. The owner even suggested where i could source boxes most economically. The movers showed up on time and worked their tails off. In my opinion, they did a good job. They bill straight by the hour and don't add on stair charges or anything else along those lines. The issues were as follows: 1) I gave the owner a detailed and honest description of what we were moving. We moved most things ourselves, and needed help with large and difficult objects since I didn't have time to move them on my own. I even disassembled everything that needed to be disassembled, so all they had to do was move the objects. I was quoted 5.5 to 6.5 hours. Great. They arrived to start work with a work order with 8.5 hours printed on it. Sorry, but that is between 30% and 55% more than was quoted. Not professional and not ethical. In the end, it took 9.5 hours. I have no complaint that it took 9.5 hours, my complaint is that I was obviously not given an honorable estimate over the phone. 2) I gave Two Men and a Truck my credit card information prior to the move as a deposit and as the card to be billed. At the end of the day, they asked my wife, who was overseeing the move, for her credit card. She refused as I told her that I had already given that information. The movers called the office who gave all of my credit card information to them, including the date and security code ever a cell phone. They wrote it on a piece of paper and the invoice. I'm sorry, but this is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Credit card info is extremely sensitive, and that this info would be passed around so flippantly is not what I expected from pros. I have not had a problem with this, but that isn't the point. 3) As we got settled in, we noticed a lot of little nicks & dings on our furniture and walls that was not previously there. To be fair, we had a corporate move a few years back & had the same, so I guess that this might be par for the course when hiring movers. Next time, I'll just go back to moving myself.

This went very well. They did a good job. I felt very bad for the removal guy as the minute he saw the cats, he blew up like a balloon because he was allergic to cats. I thought maybe they should ask that question before they send someone out. I would give them top marks across the board. Though, I thought the price was a little expensive. I'm not sure if it was on par with other removal services.

These were some of the hardest working guys I have seen in my life! They were pleasant, personable, super-hard workers, and hustled the entire time they worked for me. They kept the price within reason, and these guys never stopped working! I would definitely recommend them!

They were pretty reasonable considering that they had four guys that were working. My experience was pretty positive for the most part but only for a couple of really minor things like a scratch on a wall at one point. The customer service was excellent. The price was pretty reasonable. The actual movers themselves were just kind and as professional as expected.

From my first contact with them until they left our home, I was very pleased. They were courteous, prompt and professional. The two men that actually moved us were very nice to work with. They shrink wrapped every stick of furniture. We supplied some of the blankets so they could wrap some mirrors and a glass table top for storage. I called ahead to ask how we could do that. My only minor complaint is that when I asked ahead of time if they knew how to move grandfather clocks, I was told they do it all the time. I made it clear that we knew nothing about the clock and had not removed anything. The two men that moved it had no idea how to remove the parts before moving. They were always removed before they arrived. That took us more time than anything. They charged us $135/hour including drive time. We thought it was going to cost a good bit more than it did, but the two men were very time conscious and worked fast.

Easy to schedule the move but I ended up paying more than estimated eventhough I ended up moving less furniture than I had given them for the initial estimate.

I used them just before thanksgiving. I think they are good and careful movers. They did things quickly, it was not like they were dragging around because they were paid by the hour.

Could not have asked for better service. The truck was right on time, they handled all my belongings carefully, took direction very well. Overall a great company. Would definitely use them again.

Eric and Melvin were absolutely awesome. They went beyond our expectations for both moves and are extremely professional, hard working and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone that moves!!
