+ -1 moreWe had a realtor who had our house on the market for months with no interested buyers. When that contract ended, we found Tom, who sold our "hard to sell" house in 3 weeks, which included both Labor Day and Hurricane Irma. He helped out organizing repairs and was in constant communication with us through the whole process.

+ -1 moreAwful. After the sales pitch from Mr. LeCain, we never saw him again. He sent a very inexperienced young man who didn't know much about real estate and nothing about our market to work with us. He ended up offending the selling agents of a house we wanted so deeply, plus giving us bad advice about what to offer on the house, so that we lost the house we really wanted. For the house we did end up buying, he dropped the ball a number of times, causing the selling agent to end up doing his job for him. Lousy experience. Don't use these guys.
