Response from The Glass Guru of Johns Creek
This is completely inaccurate account. After work was completed on 2/5/25, we received an email on 2/6/25 regarding some concerns. After some email communication and pictures sent by the customer, we immediately offered that we would send our technicians back to fix the areas of concern, and that they could go back the same day (2/6) if there was enough time, otherwise we could schedule early the next week. Shortly after, we called the customer on 2/6, again offering for us to come back as soon as possible. Customer said he would let us know [Member Information Removed] the room was ready and would call us to come back so we [Member Information Removed] fix what needed to be redone. The original estimate provided and approved by the customer was to 're-screen' the patio, not to remove the original stapled screen mesh and then order framed screens.

It went O.K, not quite as smoothly as I expected. There was a couple hiccups here. There was some odering problems. Wrong parts were ordered by the company. Also, I had to pay for a brand new glass that was broken.
