We had a great experience with the guys from Duct Man. Our ducts had not been cleaned since before we moved into our house, which was 15 years ago, and it was starting to cause problems with our 20-year-old furnace. The guys were great, working quickly and efficiently, while also taking time to explain the process and provide some valuable tips and background on our ducts and furnace. My only minor suggestion is that the company institute a dress code or uniform for the employees. Granted it's a dirty job, but I think the technicians could spruce up their attire a bit to present a more professional appearance. But that's a tiny quibble in comparison to the great service they provided. We'll definitely call them back next time we need to have our ducts cleaned.

They were very professional. Arrived on time and spent the day doing a very thorough job. The house smelled so much fresher when they finished. They were unfailingly polite and careful. We will definitely use their services again.

Two technicians worked very hard removing grates and cleaning them. Amazing to see how much dirt and junk came out of the vents. They also cleaned the air-handlers for both units.

The ductman did a great job! The crew was very professional. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Our house smells so clean. Our 3 air conditioners are working much more efficiently now with a lot less dust in the air. I would highly recommend them.

They were right on time and very professional, and although we thought that the ducts would need cleaning and possibly need to have mold removed, they inspected the system and found no mold and that the ducts were too clean for us to spend money on cleaning them again at this time. That was very surprising as they could have charged us a lot more! In the end they injected a fresh-smelling, anti-mold spray into the ducts and gave us good advice on how to prevent mold and keep the system in good order. An honest, reliable company which I will use again in the future.

They were really great, and hard working. They confirmed that I had mold in one of my systems. They cleaned the coil box and then treated all the ducts for mold. They also found one return line on that system that was disconnected, and they fixed it. The other system had a supply line that was breeched and they fixed that too. Just wondering how much more comfortable my house is going to be now....and how much less expensive it will be for us to live here. Although I bought some new covers for some vents, the ones I was not replacing they scrubbed up to get the dust and aging off of them. All of them now look great. It was nice not to have to pay extra for them to fix the things they found. Those extra things were all included.

Went great. Owner came with two others then 2 hours into the job he came to say he called for another truck so they could complete the job by end of day. They were done sooner than I expected. They answered questions, were friendly and professional. It was the holidays and I had family and grandchildren and everything went smoothly. I definitely reccommend them. And We will use them again.

My experience with them went really well. He gave me good service. It was a long time since we got the dryer vent cleaned. They did it and it was great. We didn't realize how bad it was. They were very good. He was very knowledgeable. He was very passionate about what he was doing and that was nice.

Overall, things were excellent. The crew arrived on time and were professional. My only criticism is that the crew did not cut around the vents to prevent the drywall from tearing (I would suggest insisting on this), and not all of the vents were put back on tightly, but I was very satisfied with the work, and the price is unbeatable.

They did an awesome job cleaning 3 systems plus dryer vent. Showed up right on time, very friendly and got right to work, Helped me switch out my filters in a new home. I can see a huge difference in the amount of dust in the house already. Highly recommend!

They arrived on time as scheduled. Two gentlemen came who very polite, explained their process and answered our questions throughout the eight hour day. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Everything went perfectly. The told me how they priced when I made the appointment and then charged exactly as quoted. They were fast efficient and professional. Additionally, they had quoted on an upstairs unit that they told me did not need cleaning and adjusted the price. Great to work with and recommend highly.

The service was awesome. They were good. They were out within around 7 days of me purchasing it. I wasn't home when they came out. It took them almost the whole day to complete the job. There were no unexpected issues, it was smooth. They wore the booties, and they did not bother my husband who was working from home. They did their job and left.

Initially, two technicians came out to clean my air ducts. There was an older man and a young man who appeared to be a teenager. They were both friendly and appeared to be professional. They completed the work and everything appeared to be in order...until a couple of days later when I noticed a rattling sound coming from the vent in my bedroom whenever the furnace came on. Assuming that the vent cover was loose or too tight, I removed it and reattached it. The rattling persisted. It eventually became so annoying that I could no longer ignore it, so I phoned the company and requested that a technician come back out to resolve the problem. RJ, who was not the original technician, came out to investigate the problem. He went into the attic to investigate the problem. Though I had not gone up into my attic to inspect the work of the previous technician, I decided to accompany RJ...and I am so glad that I did! I was appalled at what I saw! The covering to the furnace opening was inadequately secured and the surrounding tape was already unraveling around the opening where the previous technician had gained access to the air duct openings. The aluminum coverings over the insulation of several air duct pipes were ripped and torn in several places. RJ was very apologetic and assured me that he would review and repair any and all damage done. Now back to the rattling noise...it turns out that it was, in fact, the vent cover itself. Apparently, the slats became loose somehow after the young technician cleaned it. Instead of just replacing the vent cover, RJ offered a "temporary fix" and put tape across the slats to avoid them from moving and rattling! Therefore, if I decide to adjust the airflow from the vent in my bedroom in the future, I will have to unscrew and remove the vent cover, readjust the TAPE over the slats, and reattach the vent cover to avoid the rattling! Are you kidding me???! Very unprofessional! Per my request, RJ phoned the home office to request a discount on my services. My request was denied. I will NEVER use them again, NOR do I recommend them. Hopefully, no other issues from this service will arise. If you choose to hire them, I suggest that you inspect the work while they are still in your home.

The crew from The Duct Man of Atlanta, Alex and Travis, arrived promptly and did an extraordinarily thorough job. They took extra time to walk through the house to look over the systems and to explain the process. This job was particularly challenging as one system had never been cleaned before. They did careful and detail-oriented work and took great care to keep the house clean and dust-free throughout the process. They even helped me move one of the pets to ensure he was not frightened by the noise of the vacuum. I highly recommend this company. Great service at a reasonable price. Real professionals!

I couldn't be happier. I purchased a Big Deal for this service on the 38 year old home we just purchased. They were very prompt in getting back to me to schedule the appointment for two weeks out. The two man crew arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I left them to their work while I went to my own job. They called when they were almost done and I came home. The ducts and registers were spotless and everything smelled springtime fresh, which was such an improvement over the previous odor of 38 years of dust and pets. It's now over a month later and while the cleanser smell has dissipated, the house has remained smelling clean and free of old odors. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them whenever I get a chance.

The Duct Man was on time, courteous and more importantly very efficient. Both people were great guys, very personable. The entire job took 5 hours start to finish. My vents were completely clean, and all vent covers taken off & scrubbed. Our house was left smelling very fresh and clean as they deodorized the systems as well. I will certainly recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Very easy to schedule. Prompt and polite service. They thoroughly cleaned all of my returns and ducts. Very professional and yet still approachable. Clearly didn't mind me asking questions. They followed through on everything they said that they would do.

AWESOME! I can not give the services, especially the technicians, any higher rating than what I have. I was very skeptical given the price to service two systems. Very skeptical! Fortunately I was beyond surprised!

Now THAT'S the way it's done! Finally, a contractor worth the money. This was the first service vendor I've been 100% satisfied with. Alan and Scott know what they're doing, are unbelievably professional, and went above and beyond. The job took longer than they anticipated because our ducts were so dirty, but they never skimped or rushed, and they did didn't up charge for the additional time. M sure there are folks that will charge less,but you'll get what you pay for. We will definitely use these guys again.

I was very impressed with how thorough they were and the suggestions they gave as well to improve airflow. We just bought this house and it was apparent that the ducts had never been cleaned....I highly suggest it, especially if you have pets. thanks again!

Very good but a little pricey. I just remember that they ran all around the house checking all the vents. They were very good.
