Description of Work: I contacted four companies to get a price for cleaning the ducts in my home. Many of the "great deals" were for only a fraction of the ducts in my home. Once we added the actual number of openings, the price shot up. Duct Man was up front about the cost. I thought the pricing was fair. But even more than that was the service that was provided. The two men were in my home for 6 hours and never stopped working. They were thorough, neat, considerate of furniture and other accessories, and explained what they were doing each step of the way. While they were not the least expensive, they did not try to sell me something I did not need. I highly recommend The Duct Man.

Description of Work: We had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned--dryer vent was an additional $50. They did a really great and thorough job. They were on time and courteous. I can't wait to see the results in drying clothes and how the power bill comes out because of the cleaning. House is about 30 years old and I doubt it had ever been done before. I thought the price was pretty expensive, but for the amount of time they were at the house and the work done, very fair. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Had mold and very dirty ducts. Dennis and Alex did an excellent job, explaining and showing me clearly the before and after - yuk to "like new". My cost was more since I had more vents than "usual". Very pleased with the service, the care taken to replace vents and clean any droppings/ I sincerely hope Allen & Dennis will follow-up with me at the 5 year mark for more maintenance.

Description of Work: I called to have my dryer vent cleaned as it was overdue. They came the same day, arrived promptly, and did it within 30 minutes The amount of lint in the vent was amazing...wonder I didn't have a fire. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. Would use them again.

Description of Work: RJ and Allen arrived promptly. They explained the process in great detail and gave me pricing after walking the system and before starting. They begin in the morning on a Saturday and worked right through lunch. They were really thorough & professional. They had packed up and were about to leave when they noticed that a previous service provider had not cut an opening for a vent in the newly installed carpet. RJ cut the opening and cleaned the line from the top. He had already cleaned it from underneath and had suspected that there should have been another opening in the room. I can not say enough about the quality of service and the attention to giving top notch customer service provided by Duct Man of Atlanta. Your money will be well spent with these guys and your improved indoor air quality will help you breathe a little easier and help your HVAC system run at its best performance.
