From beginning to end, it was perfect! Since the business was in Alpharetta, I wasn't sure if they would service Hoschton. So, I sent a message and I immediately received a response back. So, I purchased the service for duct cleaning for 2 units. They were professional, prompt, and flexible (working around my ever-changing schedule).

They had great reviews which is why we selected them. They did not disappoint. They spend considerable time cleaning all the ductwork and vents/returns. They cleaned two systems for us and a number of vents/returns throughout the house. THe work they did was very noticeable just in the clean air you can smell while the heat is running. They clean up their work and do not leave a sign they were there, other than the clean vents they left in our home. Did a great job and will not charge for work that is not necessary. I would recommend them 100%.

They came as promised on time. They did an excellent job. They placed a few registers backwards. We discussed the matter and they returned asap with no restrictions and corrected them. We will use them again absolutely,

The cleaning went well. They were very professional and very thorough and polite. I'm not sure how much duct cleaning costs, but for 21 vents and 2 systems, it cost me $530. They cleaned up after themselves very well, were patient and polite to answer all of my questions. After looking around my house to do an initial analysis and giving me a quote, they went right to work. This was my first duct cleaning, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to look for to see if they did a good job, but I feel like they did. I would use them in the future.

They arrived on time and did a very extensive cleaning of the air ducts. They didn't get any dirt or dust on anything and when then were finished they put back all the air vents. I was very impressed with how the were able to keep the house clean while they were doing their job. They also showed us how much dust had collected over the years. I would highly recommend me and I will be using them again in the future. My children have allergies and I noticed a difference in their breathing that same week.

The two man crew came in and apologized for being late and explained it was because of traffic. They immediately walked through the property and made there assessment and explained what would happen and how long it would take. They worked efficiently and even installed and exposed of the dirty air filters for the HVAC systems. They also answered all of my questions precisely and gave me examples when necessary. They worked thoroughly the entire time and walked back through the property to ensure things were in order.

Bought the two system duct voucher through Angies List. Upon purchase, RJ very responsive to setup appointment. At date of appointment, 2 service techs arrived on time and were here for 7 hours. Both were courteous, professional and thorough. Answered all question I had during the process and cleaned up afterwards. All went smoothly. Would recommend and plan to use again in future.

After reading reviews for several companies on Angie's List, I selected The Duct Man to contact to clean my ducts because of their excellent reviews. On October 6, 2015, R.J. and Dennis came to my home. After spending about 45 minutes inspecting my ducts and the whole house ultra violet system and Aprilaire whole house cleaner, R.J. said my ducts did not need cleaning, that what I was doing (keeping a very clean house) and the equipment I had was doing the job. I was so impressed with the honesty of R.J. and The Duct Man company that I have been recommending them to all my friends should they be in need of duct cleaning. Since I had not had my ducts cleaned for several years, I was prepared to hear that they needed cleaning and perhaps spending $400 for the base price and extra ducts. When I asked the charge for coming out and inspecting, I was told "0." What a company and how rare to see such honesty these days. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Getting in touch at first was a bit difficult but then again it was over the weekend. They were a bit busy and they were booked about 3 weeks out. We have a large house(a little over 5,000sqft) there are 3 floors and a whole bunch of vents and returns. We bought the deal that they had on angies list and they did the entire house. It was a great deal. They were on time and spent the whole time cleaning. Make sure to put away all pets as they need to open doors for the hoses to come in. All in all i would definitely hire them again.

I pretty much explained everything in what did the provider do. They deserve a A+ in their work!!!

Holy cow! These guys came in at 8am and didn't leave until about 1:30pm! And the whole time they were here, they were working like dogs! One man was in my crawlspace making sure the furnace was clean for a significant period of time. It's so awful in my crawlspace that I refuse to enter it myself. Then the two of them vacuumed every last piece of dust from the ducts. It had never been done before to our home. Built in 1984. It immediately smelled better inside. And they cleaned the air intakes and all the grates on the ducts. They sprayed a mold spore-killing solution which made me feel better. Bottom line is that they spent a lot of time here working very, very, very hard. I can't imagine that they do more than one of these per day! They were clean, put everything back where it was before they arrived and the were professional and polite. These guys aren't some company running one truck with a couple spray bottles. They had the full motherlode of dust abatement tools. Huge air tubes to suck the dirt straight out of the house. Air pressure hoses from their truck. I cannot speak more highly about them. I am the first to complain when a job is done poorly and without effort. But I also need to make sure to compliment when it's necessary. And they deserve an award. Thanks!

I had never had my ducts or dryer vent cleaned in the 10 years I've lived in my home. I had no idea that was a thing that needed to be done every few years. I called Duct Man, and they were able to come out a few days later to service my home. They showed up on time, answered my questions, dealt with my hard to reach AC unit, and cleaned up after themselves. The two guys were also very nice and professional. I'm very, very pleased with the service and have no complaints at all.
