+ -1 moreThey are friendly and prompt. They are efficient. They are professionals. In addition to the inspections in the past they have replaced parts that were under warranty. They make good recommendations in regards to what?s good for the system. They are just a very efficient high quality organization. I?ve used them for three years. They give me a call ahead of time to let me know that they are coming in and also that they will be spending a little bit more time than they anticipated on the job before mine. They give me a call and let me know if they are going to be a little bit late. They do everything right. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Superior Quality Air for my heating and air conditioning. I last used their services two weeks ago. I have a service contract with them. I have a summer and a winter check up and inspection by them every year. So that was the summer check up for my air conditioning. I spent $250 a year for the service contract with them, so that was a $125 for the summer check up. They check the motors. They check the lubrication of any moving parts. They check the pressure level of the refrigerant in the line. They check the amperage or RPM’s coming all over the motors. They check the filters and replace them if necessary. They also check the temperatures and the air flow coming out of the air ducts in order to make sure that the system is practically balanced.

+ -1 moreThis air purifier is fantastic. I can't believe the difference. The dust level has gone down to nothing and we are not sneezing and coughing like we were. Denise used to be a nurse and she really likes this machine.
Description of Work: Denise brought in this air purifier and left it in our home for 10 days and I then decided to purchase the system. What it has removed you have to see to believe. I think that the system is well worth while investment.
