Description of Work: Installed heating and air in the finished basement. | |The technicians were very diligent in their work. So diligent they worked 16 hours to complete the work. Only problem was that they stayed till 2am!! They did a good job cleaning up after themselves in the finished portion but they left a lot of debris in the unfinished side, including leaving their ladder and a shirt behind. | |They were $1300 cheaper than the other estimate I got so I'd do it all over again but maybe ask them to split the work over 2 days.

+ -1 moreThe technician was on time and very professional. He told me what he was doing every step of the way and asked for my preferences. He coached me on how the UV light kills mold and that I should leave it on in the summer to keep the system clean. I've had no problems in the summer with the air conditioner, but always suffered from allergies when I turn on the gas forced-air heat. He explained that both systems use the same ducts and keeping the light on in the summer makes sense as mold can grow year round. Everything is working perfectly and I have had NO allergy problems from the heat. (I did have the ducts cleaned by The Duct Man of Atlanta before Superior put in the light .) I definitely recommend Superior Indoor Comfort and will use them for all my HVAC needs.

+ -1 moreThe previous home owner of our house used them and the contract carried over. Their service was great, and so we continued with them. I think their price is about $200 a year. They come out twice a year, in the spring and in the fall, to check the air conditioner and furnace respectively. They check the filters and make sure everything is functioning well. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We use Superior Indoor Comfort to do the annual inspection of our heating and air conditioning systems.
