Structured Lawn Maintenance

Chris and Mark did a fantastic job cleaning up my overgrown yard. They trimmed limbs and shaped up bushes and removed lots of brush. Instead of just going in and cutting down stuff Chris walked the yard with me so I could show him what I wanted done. They were on time and had great suggestions on what need to be done to make my yard look better. I will be calling them in the future. Their price was by far better than the other estimates I got.

The job went very well. Chris and Mark were prompt, flexible, and attentive to all of the details of our requirements. The results were excellent and I can recommend them without reservation.

I had hernia surgery and my wife had here tonsils removes, so neither of us could tender to our yard. Even though Structured Lawn Maintenance was no longer servicing our area, Chris helped us out. He got our yard under control and we are grateful for the help. He did a great job and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Chris.

They're really good with advise on what to do or what not to do. They do regular lawn maintenance as well including gardening and mulching. They recently gave us phenomenal advise for bird feeders as well. Because of them, we have a great yard to sit in and enjoy. They work with us in terms of timing, what we need done, and work with us on pricing as well which we really appreciate! It's just a very nice relationship.

Chris did a decent job with the yard clean up, but his prices were quite high considering the scope of the work. Furthermore, he always wanted to be paid upfront which I disliked, and I had to call him continuously in order to have him mow the lawn as we agreed upon earlier. This was frustrating since he was prepaid for the services he was supposed to provide.

Work went very well. Chris is very careful in understanding the job and over delivering! Yard looks great!

They did a great job. All the work produced the results I wanted, and they cleaned up when done. Chris talked with me prior to the work, and discussed each type of planting separately, advising me on what I can and can't do for the hard pruning. They offered suggestions for other items and listened to my requests and questions.

Chris was absolutely wonderful. He and his co-worker do everything themselves. They cleaned up all the rest of my millions of fall leaves, bagged them and even hauled them off. He also did a little bush trimming and blew leaves off my 1-story roof. What impressed me was how thoroughly they removed leaves in and around my bushes without removing all my pine straw.

I hired Structured Lawn after my old lawn service of 10 years informed me in the middle of the peak growing season they could no longer provide service in my area. After calling Structured Lawn, Chris came out the next day, provided me a quote, reviewed the services he provided and immediately started taking care of my yard. Chris and Mark do an excellent job, are very reliable, very professional and make excellent recommendations on areas that need improvement (ie. Aerating and Overseeding, etc). It's alway nice to come home to see my yard looking great. Thanks to Chris and Mark.

Extremely responsive. Very professional, friendly and informative. We have also hired them for weeding and hedge trimming. Chris and Mark perform all the work themselves so the quality control is excellent.

After I 'fired' my previous lawn care they showed up! Chris didn't miss a beat - skipped service and started my new service this week! I stopped by my house at lunch on Tuesday and they pulled up at the same time. I had previously only had email and phone contact - great to meet them - yard was perfect when I returned later that day! Very happy to have found Structured Lawns!

Chris was very fast to respond to my initial contact with him. Great communication from start to finish. His team did a great job with the yard as we are slowly getting back into decent shape. We plan to use them again in the fall to lay down new sod and deal with our massive amounts of leaves.

Responded within 1 hour. Told me he didn't think I was in his service area but would verify and call back. He did as promised. We were not in his service area. He was very professional.

Chris was extremely courteous and professional. He responded right away to my call and provided exact answers to my questions. Once he came out, they did a great job and made recommendations. I will be using them on a continuing basis for my lawn needs.

Emailed the company via the address on their website, and received a response within a couple hours, which was good. However, even though they list East Cobb here on AL as in their service area, and my house is in East Cobb (albeit SE, but still OTP and east of 75), I was told they don't service my area and that they 'try to stay close to the Alpharetta area,' which contradicts their info here. If they only service the Alpharetta area, that's what they should list and not mislead possible customers because they hope to get a few big house/big yard jobs in affluent East Cobb. Or, if they do service closer to Alpharetta, shouldn't they list North East Cobb instead or give a radius from Alpharetta? I think so. Just not a fan of the bait-and-switch some companies seem to pull on here.

Great. Chris does good work and is a really nice guy overall. He cares about his work and is available for questions all the time. I will definitely continue using him for yard maintenance in the future

Chris and his partner came by within a week after the estimate and did a thorough job. We were short on rain for the next several weeks so I had to water the lawn quite a bit. Once the grass took off in November we noticed some striping on the lawn. Wasn't sure why that was happening. I finally called Chris and he came right over. Unfortunately I waited too long to call and the season passed for putting more seed down. Chris said he would get us on the calendar and come back to reseed at no charge in the early spring. Since we have such a big yard it now looks ten times better than it ever has even with some minor striping. Chris provided the name of their supplier for additional and future fertilizer needs (since my husband likes to do that kind of thing himself). And gave us great advice on lawn care in general. If we could afford monthly landscaping we'd hire Chris in a heartbeat!

Sent Chris an email to request a quote and he responded shortly after. The quote was very reasonable. Chris came out and completed the work to our satisfaction. Thank you Chris for a job well done.

His name was Chris and he was terrific. The communication was good with updates. They did a good job and the pricing was fair. They were not the cheapest.

I have been very satisfied with their work. I had them do additional work to lay down all new pinestraw and trim all my shrubs. The yard looks great and I am always pleased.

Companies should be able to narrow down their coverage area on Angie's List so potential clients would not have to waste days to complete projects.

We were pleased with the work performed by Structured lawns.But there was a problem with the quoted price. SL quoted $260 for the trimming and $40 to cut the grass.After completing the job they told my spouse the bill was $320 which she paid.Not the amount we agreed on.
