Sir Grout Atlanta

Sir Grout did an excellent Job! The results were above expectations. Sir Grout repair cracked tile and threshold to help bring back to new. Also the cleaning of the master shower was magic. I personally spent hours trying to clean the grout with every possible cleaning solution with no luck. Sir Grout was able to get the master shower clean and looking brand new. I would recommend them if your bathrooms, kitchen and tile floors need some help.

Well beyond all expectations. My son I law asked if we had put I anew floor. Could not be happier with all aspects of the project.

Joe gave us a quote and told us exactly what to expect. Michael performed the job with excellent results. Both were very professional and efficient. We would recommend Sir Grout Atlanta without any hesitation.

Jeff was prompt with responding to quote visit. Even moved it up a few days. Gave a quote for what I needed and a quote for suggested work. When I opted for just what I needed, communication slowed greatly. It would appear he had no time for “the smaller” job. Made two appointments to get the work done but he kept postponing (when he responded at all). Expect a high pressure sales pitch and little to no communication if you don’t buy the higher recommendation quote.

Jeff, the owner, came to my house to see what needed to be done and give me the estimate within a few days of my calling Sir Grout. He was very easy to talk to and clearly explained the process. He was able to schedule the work for about 3 weeks out. Two guys arrived that morning. They were polite and explained what they would be doing. They also helped me choose new grout colors for the floors in the 2 kids bathrooms. They completed the work in 1 day and I am thrilled with the results. I had thought that I would need to replace the tile in the boys' bathrooms because it 2,400looked so bad, but after it was cleaned they looked like new. The bathrooms also look bigger after the grout was lightened. I love how fresh my bathrooms feel after I had the work done. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.

TJ was our technician and he called when he was on the way. He arrived right on time and was professional, courteous, friendly and very well informed. He did a terrific job, our tile looks brand new! We would hire Sir Grout again and we highly recommend the company. Jeff Miller, the owner came and gave us the estimate for the job and we have been highly pleased with the entire experience!

Our initial contact was for an estimate for cleaning and sealng tile. Process was professionally explained and an agreed upon time was set by Joe. Michael showed up right on time, called as promised and did an amazing job in a matter of a few hours!! We could not be more pleased!!! We have already given “Sir Grout” to our neighborhood!!!

We cancelled and won't be using them - the person who called us was rude and why would anybody want some rude and disrespectful man doing work in your home?

It went great. The process went exactly as Jeff described; there were no surprises. The technician who did the work, TJ, was amazing. He was pleasant and friendly, not creepy like some strangers you have coming into your house to do work. I hope next time we use Sir Grout we will get him again. And the difference is huge! It looks so much better now! I would definitely call them again next time I need grout work done, and am already looking around at other tile in the house with critical eyes thinking their time is coming soon!

Owner Jeff Miller promised that his technician could clean and polish the marble surfaces to a 'mirror shine' - and he did. My only complaint is that I was not prepared for how messy the process would be. The technician used a single drop cloth, but after he left, there was a fine dust over everything in the bathroom and bedroom, and a grit on the floor that I had to damp mop to remove. However, the floors and counter tops looked terrific. I highly recommend the company - but be prepared to cover all your surfaces beforehand.

There are a lot of companies out there that will re-finish a tile shower. It was hard to tell the difference between them, however I am so pleased I chose Sir Grout. My 16 year old shower looked quite bad (mold behind clear rubber grout, discolored grout lines, dirty shower floor). I really didn't think there was much hope for it, but Sir Grout got it looking like NEW. Exceeded my expectations. Plus, the technician was professional and courteous. VERY HAPPY!

Sir Grout did an excellent job. The bathroom had not been remodeled for a long time and was in really bad shape. Sir Grout came to my home and said they could make it look like brand new. I was really surprised how much they could make the bathroom shine. I was very impressed. The whole bathroom looks terrific.

TJ & Donald did the work and they were outstanding. Very professional and helpful. They did an excellent job and were extremely nice to work with. The only disappointment its that the sealant was not as effective as I had hoped but was an improvement from before. They fixed little extra things that were huge to me.

They look like new! The crew was very professional, thorough, and friendly. They were patient answering my questions. They cleaned up extremely well. I did not have to clean up anything when the job was completed. They were punctual and completed all work in the time promised.And the price was very reasonable for all the work done.

The owner came out, explained the work, gave me an estimate on the spot. Very nice and professional. The work was done when promised and the employee was great about working around other workmen I had doing other repairs.

Working with Sir Grout was an excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend their services and will use them again if we have the need. The tile and grout were thoroughly cleaned. The colored sealer worked perfectly and my floor looks brand new!

Not good. The worker showed up late, the next day there were sections of tile that the grout had not been properly applied and there was too much grout applied in other places. There was cracking in the areas that were grouted. We had to have them come back twice to try and fix it, when the owner came the second time, he said on the floor where grout appeared to be missing, it was supposed to look like that. It is now a month later and it has only gotten worse. I will probably have another company come out and repair/re-do the work, as it looks terrible. I would attach photographs, however I don't see an option to do that. Tracey and Charles Bailey

The representative, and the technician are both very nice, and showed up on time. The service performed on three bathrooms took most of one day. The end result was decent in two of the bathrooms , and the products used were good quality. However, the end product in the kids bathroom was fair, the quality of the work was uneven. The technician also used our personal step ladder for the job and got acrylic and caulk all over the handle and treads, and didn't clean them off. He also got acrylic on his shoe and tracked some of it onto our hardwood floor. This service was very expensive for the end result. My impression is this service would be best utilized if you were going to rejuvenated bathroom and not for simple projects.

Very professional job from estimate through to follow up. I thought the estimate seemed a little high... until the job was finished. It was a bargain. I have two new bathrooms!!!

Jeff (owner) was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He did the estimate and scheduled the work around our schedule. TJ (tech) did a very thorough job throughout and got excellent results for us. They brought our old and dull looking entry back to life!
