Description of Work: A subordinate arrived on the appointed day and began to clean and floor. He worked about four hours. Upon completion the floor appeared improved. However in the subsequent weeks and months, the grout began to separate from the tile. Today gaps appear between the tiles in a number of places leaving us with the same problem we sought to have corrected. I have not contacted the vendor to inform him of my displeasure. I do not want him back.

Description of Work: Cleaned the walls and the floor of master marble shower; and also cleaned a tile floor in my guest bath that had cracked and the grout was dirty and missing in some areas. I think a lot has to do with the person doing the cleaning- the person we had was experienced. He had a great attitude and took his job seriously. When he was finished he asked me to look it over and was willing to redo a couple of areas that I thought needed more "elbow grease."

Description of Work: Cleaned/dyed/resealed grout in Master bath and shower, provided a non-slip coating to tile in Master bath, reconditioned two marble vanities in half baths. On time for estimate and work. Very professional crew with drop cloths and shoe coverings. Marble reconditioning is spectacular before and after results.
