Description of Work: They made a mistake on the order and refused to correct it. Problem with 4 blinds. They were ordering replacements - still have NOT seen them! Overpaid for the quality of the window treatments.

+ -1 moreI purchased a Groupon for this company for $300 worth of shutters for $80 (or something like that). I had trouble getting the sales guys to come out. He canceled once and was an hour and a half late the second time. I was disappointed at how little my "$300" credit got me. It went several weeks after the measurement and final payment before I heard anything, so I called them, and then they scheduled my install (I'm not sure how long it could have gone if I didn't call). The install was excellent, very fast, on time. The shutters are of excellent quality.

+ -1 moreI am very happy with the results. I told Shutter Shop and Lowes that I was pleased with the product and the installation.
Description of Work: I actually picked out the shutters from Lowes Hardware, the shutters were made by Signature Shutters. I ordered them for my living room, dining room and kitchen and Shutter Shop did the measuring before and after installation.
