+ -1 morePrivately owned. The owner, John, was very, very prompt in getting back to me, either by phone or email. He provided all the documents requested by my HOA to start the work and was very professional in explaining what needed to be done. This was not a very large job, but he was still very courteous and was able to fit me in his shedule right away. I loved the fact that he replied my emails right away. He did an excellent job and I am quite satisfied.
Description of Work: Fence reppaire with one post replacement: Fence was leaning because a post has rotted.

I got a response from the guy who came out very quickly and he was able to help me in figuring out the process for getting the fence designed in such a way that my HOA could approve it and he came when he was asked to come and install it. He installed it in a day and he was pretty much done. It was a very good experience.
Description of Work: I used Sexton Property Service about a year ago for installing a fence for me.

Description of Work: Had John put in a small fence in our townhome back yard. Came in with one assistant and finished the job in one day. Looks great, and so far very stable. 25' x 25' fence with a 4' gate for a reasonable price - less than $1200

Description of Work: Overall a great experience. John was very professional and patient while our HOA went through the approval process. We received a great price and great quality work! Highly recommend them for fencing! Did a 5ft split rail fence in 2 days:)
