Description of Work: I used Rhino Tree Service to cut down a group of trees in my backyard.

Description of Work: The contract called for the removal of one tree and Grinding of two Stumps. I felt the price was a bit high and after a couple of calls the original quote of $750.00 for that work was reduced to $645.00. They did not show up to start the work until 5:30 PM and I offered to allow a reschedule as there was not a rush to get the tree down. As they worked, I inquired if they would be willing to take a couple limbs off other trees that were overhanging my house and agreed on an additional $80.00 for that work plus a neighbor had a dead tree that was all trimmed up but needed the main trunk cut down and they agreed to do that for $50.00.. They finished taking the tree down and wanted payment for all the work they had completed. Since I figured this was a small company and he probably had to pay the ground help, I paid him $500.00 in cash and presented a groupon coupon they were advertising with at the time for $275.00 for a total of $775.00. This was the amount due for the work completed. The company was supposse to come back and grind the stumps the next day or the following Monday and I would have paid the balance for grinding the stumps. Despite the fact I indicated there would be a sizable tip for them when they finished, They never returned to complete the job.
