Description of Work: Weekly trash pickup. I've gone through a few of these trash pickup companies. Nobody is perfect, but Republic consistently performs well. They also will pickup items that other companies are reluctant to pick up. In the billing department, like many service companies that a customer employs consistently over the years, they've increased their fees, from time to time. But, I have found that they are willing to go the extra mile and, even withdrawn a fee increase; how many companies will do that?

+ -1 moreThey could not find my original order even though I provided them a confirmation number. They finally found the order and then delivered the dumpster after the original delivery date requested. They then did not revise the pick up date which consequently changed the actual number of days at the site. I requested a reimbursement for the lost days which they failed to do. I manage a lot of residential rental properties and won't ever use them again!
Description of Work: Requested a large dumpster for a renovation project at a rental property.

+ -1 moreThey disappointed me. So I'm stuck with them. They are very reliable with the pick up, but the customer service is horrible. It's really hard to get somebody who understand what they're doing, what you're requesting and calling back. They don't have any kind of acumen with the customers, there is no kind of communication there.
Description of Work: The Garbage Collection I had done was by Republic Services. They come on Monday mornings and do it.
