Rashad was personable, professional, and ready to explain everything he was about to do. He was available on the same day that I contacted Home Advisor; I received his phone call within a half hour of starting my search. My A/C is working very well now and I will use him again as needed. I will also recommend him to others.

Rashad, the owner, answered my inquiry quickly, we agreed on a time, he was on time arriving, courteous and knowledgable. Did the work for a reasonable charge, and got the unit working quickly. Would call again.

A/C wasn't cooling. He added coolant and did not look for leak. Three weeks later it wasn't cooling again! Wanted to charge me $100 for dye to find leak and add coolant again. Then decided it was another part. Left for parts, didn't call until the next day and now he wants over$700 to repair. I went with another company. They had to remove some of the coolant from 3 weeks ago! Charged me $100!

I hired Rashad AC and Heating for a service on my central AC system. They were excellent to work with, they came in and worked around my schedule even while I was in the middle of replacing a leaking water heater they did what needed to be done serviced the AC system and ensured everything was in great condition. I will be utilizing Rashad in the future for any AC needs.

We needed to replace an underpowered system. Rashad AC responded extremely quickly to our HomeAdvisor request and showed up exactly when they said they would. Rashad helped me figure out the correct size to replace our system and they came in at a very reasonable price that knocked the other larger company we contacted out of the park. It was refreshing to have an honest and straight forward service company like Rashad AC do our install.These are hard working, honest folks and they have a customer for life.

Roger and Ricky were very friendly and professional. Roger made sure I knew it was an insulation issue (which I'll have to start on for my next project), and my a/c was fine. They did a normal maintenance on it, and it is doing better than before. I appreciate their honesty, and will definitely use them again for repairs and maintenance.

Service men came out the day I called them. They were professional & courteous. Job took only 30 minutes. I will definitely use their service again. In fact I will hire them to do my annual AC maintenance. I think that they are trustworthy.

Rashad and his team were great. He came out the day after I called; he didn't find anything the first time as my unit was working at that time, however, that evening the unit went out again and he even came out at 7 pm to figure out the problem and had it fixed the following morning! explained to me exactly what was going on and even gave tips to help my AC unit run over night until problem could be fixed. Very professional and timely. would def use them again!

Knowledgeable, fast. Explained what they were doing and advised me on what needed to be done now and what could wait. I needed freon, they gave me the cost and explained what could be done to check for leaks prior to filling. Will use again!
