Purchased two Nest thermostats for my home and installed them myself. The first one was installed with no issue. The second one was having power issues. Attempted to troubleshoot myself. To no avail. Called Rashad's company and he came out there next day. Very prompt and professional. Rashad diagnosed the problem as a defective thermostat very quickly.

Refreshing to have someone in the repair business who practices with so much transparency. I set up a service contract for him to come out twice a year and service the unit because of the work he did for us!
