Rashad was prompt and efficient. I had my unit cleaned and serviced and asked to let me know if there are any problems. He was honest and gave me a timeline on possible future repairs.

Good service, but was several hours past when he was supposed to arrive. He was great to work with though and worked late - fixed our air condition around 9 pm, which had been completely out.

Rashard set up the a/c unit and made show unit was working before he left my home. He came on time and was very courteous.

Rashad responded quickly and he's very knowledgeable. Also, we have had other a/c long-time experienced a/c companies and Rashad is the only one who said that the coil in the attic had to be taken out in order to clean the mildew on it since that is what was causing our extreme odor problem. And he was the only one willing to take the time to do that work. Other a/c companies just did a quick resolution which did not resolve the mildew odor throughout the house. He has a great friendly and polite personality. We will definitely hire him for all our a/c work in the future.

They investigated the problem with my air conditioner, came up with a solution, got it done & the price was very fair! I can't wait to tell my friends! This was my 1st time using home advisor & I'll never go around them again!
