Don’t hire them! The roof they installed had multiple leaks after just 5 years. I bought a new roof for my home from Pinnacle in April of 2018. It has a 5 year warranty. The problem is that it can take a few years for the effects of their poor construction to manifest. I noticed multiple leaks in my house in late 2023 and called them to give them the chance to address it. They refused to come address the leaks unless I paid them since it was just outside of the 5 year warranty. I had no faith in their work and was turned off by the rigidity of their business practices, so I chose to pay someone else to fix the leaks. It turns out when installing the shingles, they didn’t make sure the nails were flush. Over time (just over 5years) the protruding nails tore holes in the shingles causing multiple leaks. If you're going spend thousands of dollars on a new roof and want it to last longer than 5 years, I’d suggest choosing a different roofing company, or you may end up spending thousands more to fix their poor installation like I did.

The service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My roof was past the stage of repair and Pinnacle was able to find me great low cost financing in order to completely replace my entire roof. Suprisenly the roof on my shed was replaced too. This company went beyond the basic service over and over again. They were in contact with me through every step and even replaced wood on my chimney siding that was damaged due to my old leeky roof. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for being honest, fair, and going over and above ensuring all my needs were met. 2

Do not, under any circumstance do business with this company. I had Josh Witchey come out and give me an estimate for some roof work and he promised to work with the insurance company to get the cost covered. I called my insurance company and scheduled a meeting with one of their reps and Josh promised to show up for the meeting. A couple of days later, the meeting time gets here and Josh no shows, has his phone turned off and the employees that answer the phone at the main office have no idea where he is nor do they make any effort at all to try to find him. Josh still to this day has not called and the insurance company denied my request and now I have to pay out of pocket to get my issues fixed. DO NOT USE PINNACLE HOME IMPROVEMENTS.

I hired Pinnacle Home Improvements to replace the roof and do some leak work on our home. They were supposed to replace our roof, repair a leak in the ceiling of our pantry, and check for water damage in other parts of the house (mainly the garage). They sent a guy out to do an estimate for work. He assured me that Pinnacle could do all of the work in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately, everything went down hill from there. First, they quoted me a price for the job and increased this quote dramatically a day before the work was scheduled to begin. They then pushed the agreed start date a couple of times because of work on other projects. After the work finally started on the roof repair, they actually disappeared for a couple of days and did not call to explain why. When I finally heard from Pinnacle, I was told that they site manager had suffered a stroke. Unfortunately, nobody at the company felt the need to call clients and tell them about this. After the roof was completed, I was surprised to find 13 bundles of shingles left over. Each bundle covers 33.3 sq feet of roof and cost approximately $25. This equates to $325 in cost and about 433 sq feet of shingles. When I told Pinnacle about this, they told me that they would come and "pick up the shingles." I asked if they would be deducting the cost from the bill. They responded that they always "order extra materials." I still have the shingles. They then disappeared again. After a few calls, they came back out to the house to complete the work. They told me to ignore the obvious water damage in my garage because "its just a garage." After some encouragement from me, they hired a subcontractor to finish the work on the garage and the leaks in the pantry (work they'd told me earlier that they could do). They then disappeared again and I heard nothing from them until they started to call for payment on work that was still being completed by their subcontractor. In other words, they ask for final payment before the work was complete. They never came to inspect the work of the subcontractor or to ask about my satisfaction with their work. Needless to say, I remain unhappy with Pinnacle Home Improvements and do not recommend them.
Description of Work: Hired to replace the roof, repair leaks in the ceiling of a pantry, and check for and (if necessary) repair additional water damage. Pinnacle repaired the roof and hire subcontractors for the remainder of the work.
