They were wonderful! Professional and friendly.

They generally do good work. They are expensive. They gave us an estimate on something else and we didn’t use them because they were extraordinarily expensive.

As soon as the plumber left, noted the shower pressure was slow. Called immediately and he came right back and fixed. A couple hours later we noted that the spigot was leaking. Called them back and he said he did not replace my washers and they would have to charge me to come back. i was not going to pay again and did not want to fight over this. Went to Home Depot to get new Delta replacement washers and I had to replace myself. Coincidence I suppose but this is something that the plumber should have done since he already had it all taken apart. In the meantime, I had to do the work myself to fix the issue. Note to others, if a plumber changes your hardware, have them replace the washers at the same time.

Not an easy job but the gentleman from Pete's Plumbing did a great job! No more leak and we now have proper water pressure throughout the house! The plumber had everything he needed on the truck so there was no delay in completing the repair. He cleaned up nicely after the work was done and made sure that the pressure reducing valve was operating properly and that we had proper water pressure in the house. Couldn't be any happier with the work that was performed!

We have used him for a long time because he responds quickly, he was professional and they know what they are doing.

They had to come twice. The first time, they didn't resolve the problem. When they came back, it was resolved to my satisfaction. I paid for two things and both of them were broken.

The pricing was very reasonable. I will use them again. I liked the people. They were here when they said they would be here. They did good work. They showed up on time. They were very polite. I was satisfied with the pricing.

He did come on time.

Do not use this company. Came to my home to do outside work on sewage issues. Left broken sewage pipes on ground (5) left open the manhole used for the town on property uncapped, broke light fixtures, left my electric cables all over the yard without rewinding them and putting them back. Left mud all over my driveway without doing a wash/cleanup. Nice Christmas present. NOT! Sub-contractors came to my neighbors yard and without permission started to dig up their yard . Slimy, terrible, unprofessional I wish Seagraves Plumbing was able to do the job. Top notch.

We thought we needed a new one. They convinced us that we only needed it cleaned. They were very honest and had competitive prices.

I have had them out before for repair work and had installed 2 other toilets. They are on time and know what they are doing. I have had other plumbers that don't. They estimate their time well. They can come in and install whatever product you buy. They charge by the job, not by the hour. The homeowner can justify spending a certain price, not for a job paying by the hour. They come in, install and move on. Their clean up could be better, but it was no big deal. It is a small, local, family-owned company. I think they really do strive to satisfy the customer. They are timely and arrive on time or a little early. They have a good time estimation and appreciate your time as the homeowner. I got them from a referral of a neighbor of mine who used them and was happy with them.

Pete's Plumbing provides excellent service. They are very honest and will choose the most practical solution to fix something. I also like that they will not charge you for something you don't need. They are family owned and I highly recommend them.

Whenever I call this company they respond quickly and send people out. They have always been very honest, reliable, and hardworking. They explain what they are doing in detail and always inform me of the price ahead of time. I would recommend them to others.

I was having shelves installed and someone mistakenly hit the water pipe with a drill. This happened on a Sunday, but Pete's Plumbing still came right out, within an hour. They fixed the pipe and were very precise. They didn't leave any mess and within 2 1/2 hours of when I first called them, the job was done.

I had a leak at the water meter or the irrigation system. Called this plumber with whom I had previous good service. Service person initially told me to call leak service but called later to say he would come. He spent about 45 minutes trying to determine where the leak was. Finally asked that I call leak service so they would locate the leak and then he would come fix it. The number for the leak service he gave me was wrong so we called the office and got the right number. The leak service wanted a minimum of $300 to locate the leak and Pete's gave me a fee of a minimum of $400 to fix the leak. I figured $700+ was unrealistic so I contacted others. I had the feeling from the beginning that the person sent did not want to do any digging and he seemed to make it difficult for us to do business with them. I have had two prior dealings with Pete's and both were very good.

A bit expensive but very good work. I would use Pete's again.

THIS COMPANY HAS DONE A LOT OF WORK FOR US. THEY MAY NOT BE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE BUT ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ARE VERY CONCERNED WITH KEEPING CUSTOMERS HOME CLEAN. THEY ARE NOT MESSY.

THE OLDER GUY I USED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WAS GOOD, BUT THIS YOUNGER GUY THIS TIME WASNT.

IT WAS VERY POSITIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY HAD A PROMPT RESPONSE TIME, CAME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. AND THEY DID NOT MAKE A BIG MESS.
