I highly recommend Peach State Hardwood Floors. We hired them to refinish the hardwood floors on both levels of our home, and they did an amazing job. Our floors are beautiful. James, Nathan and the entire crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were courteous, professional and very responsive.

If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. We purchased a home and had a tight window to install hardwood upstairs and vinyl in the basement before our furniture arrived from the move. James and his team were here like clockwork everyday and did a phenomenal job getting everything done when we needed. The quality is impeccable and the customer service is outstanding. James really cares about doing the right job and making sure you are involved along the way. We even had him install flooring in our laundry room, before realizing that our washer/dryer wouldn t fit with the new floor. His guys quickly removed the floor and he didn t charge us for anything except the material. I wish there were more contractors out there as professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We recently moved in to a SFH with carpeting installed on the second floor and we wanted to have them replaced with hardwood. The moment we spoke to James (owner) we knew we wanted to choose Peach State Hardwood to do our flooring. He walked us through the entire process during our quote and educated us at the same time. The work was completed over the course of four days and his crew managed it perfectly! They cleaned up after themselves well and at the end James even sent someone to clean. We would recommend them to a friend or neighbor without hesitation.

James and his crew are superb craftsmen when it comes to floor installation. Great attitudes displayed by all who were on the project. Showed up on time. Got right to work doing demo of existing carpet and padding. Remnants were loaded on their truck for later haul away and disposal. Installation of the selected LVP could not have been better and met our expectations for complete finishes and moulding. PeachState Hardwood is very customer focused by everyone we met. Their estimate for the project was very competitive to others we received. But James made the selection easy for us. You could not have a better owner who really takes care of his customers. James and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were the most competitively priced by far and still provided the best service. James is very knowledgeable and it s clear he knows what he is doing. I had several other companies come out to evaluate the project, but only James suggested ripping out the current floors because you don t float over floating floors. Even with the extra labor of removing the current floors, he still offered the best price. James was also very accommodating. My condo has strict sound restrictions and unfortunately I had to change the product last minute. James went out of his way to meet me at one of his vendors so I could choose from countless options. Danubio was in charge of the install and he was punctual and very friendly. His team worked efficiently installing the floors and matched the color perfectly when staining the transition pieces. From start to finish it was a very smooth process, which I feel like is a rarity with contract work. I highly recommend Peach State Hardwood floors.

From the moment I contacted James for an estimate until the job was done, James kept me informed, provided me several choices, provided expert guidance on decisions, and followed-up to ensure the job was done well and on time. His crew was professional and friendly. Not only did they do a great job, they were flexible with some special requests I had ensured everything was cleaned-up when they were done.

James @ Peach State Hardwood Floors handled our refinishing and stair tread addition. Both he and his crews are professional, polite and do excellent work. They were on schedule and communicated well. As a former home builder (over 50 custom homes), I wish I had known him back when I was in the business.

The floors are awesome. The team was polite and really did a great job of installing and staining the floors. They cleaned up after the job better than any contractor I have ever had in my house. I really appreciated having the stain options with a couple of days to see on the floor before deciding. James and Phillip were both responsive and answered all of my questions. Would work with them again on future floor needs.

James and his team are phenomenal. Very nice and professional. We pulled up carpet and old hardwoods and replaced with new hardwood and changed our stairs from carpet to hardwood. It all looks fabulous. James was easy to work with and very knowledgeable on helping us with our options. It was all done in a timely manner as promised. Highly recommend!

Customer service, responsiveness, reliability and commitment. Thiago (James) crushed it. My family and I (2 young boys and wife) just moved from California. We were renovating our home in LA while also closing, inspecting and working on our new home here. It was a lot to take on. But one thing we KNEW we could rely on, was Thiago and his team. We had a small window of about 3 weeks to complete everything before moving in. He not only set multiple samples on the floors for us, he FaceTimed with us to ensure we were happy. And did this multiple times! To ensure we were confident and happy. Went out of his way. He also worked with the painting crew on schedule (paint crew dropped the ball a couple times, but T stepped up and handled it). But the best part, was trust. I interviewed 5 companies for floors. (Not just for this house, but my wife and I have a home reno company, so weâ ll be doing this a lot.) Before I hired him, we chatted probably 5 times and he never steered me wrong, never tried to upsell. In fact, he was focused on SAVING us money. Heâ s a class act. We moved in just 2 weeks ago and when we arrived, you guessed it, the floors looked incredible. Thiagoâ s the man.

Peach State Hardwoods did a great job for me. They replaced tile in my kitchen with a hardwood floor, refinished the hardwood floors on the main level and a landing on the second floor as well as the stairs leading to the landing. They also brought in another person to sand and restain the banister. I talked with 4 contractors. James was the only one to correctly address a squeaky floor in the foyer; the only one to blend in the new kitchen floor boards with existing hardwoods in a hall and family room; and the only one willing to deal with the banister. He was very responsive to my needs and went above and beyond to get things right. I was concerned about our 75lb. dog scratching the new finish but James recommended a product and applied it throughout. Two months later Iâ ve yet to see a scratch. Lastly we left on a trip while his crew did the work and we returned to find everything in order and accounted for. When the job was done James returned to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and quickly addressed one concern. I highly recommend James and Peach State Hardwoods.

Peachstate Floors did an amazing job of refinishing my hardwood! I am in awe of the quality of the work and customer service! Great communication kept me updated on all the work and very professional. I will use them again and highly recommended them to anyone looking for flooring options Update: 07/29/2020 I decided to add the luxury plank vinyl flooring in my laundry room, upstairs hallway, and the bedroom of my son. I called James to get an estimate because he did such a great job refinishing my hardwood floors. OMG, it looks so good! I was able to almost match the color to my hardwood floors. James crew installed the flooring in one day, and it looks so fantastic. I am super pleased and I am now thinking of putting this flooring in my home office. I have posted a photo of the real hardwood and the vinyl flooring where they meet. James did a great job almost matching the color with the vinyl flooring.

Thiago is a true professional. His team did an outstanding job. He was on time and his team was very clean. I did my entire second floor to match the first floor and indeed it matches perfectly. He has a great attitude and was very accessible to answer all of my questions. He is a lot of fun to work with and his passion for his job is very obvious. I am very happy to give him a five star review. He also provided the wood. It is just beautiful. Making it a completely easy process. I didn’t have to worry if I was getting high quality from a store. Or overpaying for it. He gave me a great price and had been using the same manufacturer for years. Anyone ready to install new hardwood floors he is a great. I highly recommend using Thiago.
