Description of Work: The Company's president Steven Solomon did arrive the first time to give me an estimate on a conversion of a deck to a sunroom. Sid not provide any actual samples of the products involved (pre-manufactured walls and windows) other than an large portfolio of finished jobs (no names and addresses provided). Upon learning I am shopping for an additional 11replacement windows, he gave me a price of $ 18,000.00. While driving away he called me on his cell phone to "inform" me, that if he can turn around and place the order "today", I can have it all for $17,000.00, but ONLY today. The following day he called and I have asked to see the quality of windows and a sample of the pre-manufactured product, which he delivered in less than 2 hours. At that time I was trying unsuccessfully to get a fax from another Company which was here for the sunroom addition. I told him I was unable to get him an answer until I review all the quotes. He then angrily announced that he is NOT, IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, COMING BACK AGAIN, HE WAS HERE IN UNDERSTANDING THAT i WAS GOING TO SIGN A CONTRACT AND GIVE HIM DEPOSIT. He urged me to call the other company and get the "bottom" line, which I did. It was almost half a price less then he was, but of total different materials and construction. He angrily said that I had obviously made up my mind, even before I said anything to him, upon which I replied, that I was really more inclined to go with his product, but due to his RUDENESS and hard sell salesmanship I will not be doing business with him, upon which he left, slamming the door behind himself.
