I got 5 bids for my screened in porch project and I was so happy I picked Steve at Patio Pros. He price was fair and I am thrilled with the results. My porch turned out even better than I had imagined and Steve was easy to get a hold of and always answered my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Let me begin by saying that I have no complains about the quality and time for completion of our project. My complaint has to do with their customer service. As an incentive to do the work with them, Steve the company owner offered us a 32" LCD screen to be delivered upon the completion of the project (I have this on a signed contract that I drafted). It has been almost 2 months now, and despite my multiple attempts to contact him to find out about it I still don�t have it. The main motive for me to write this negative review is not because of the cost of the TV itself, but the fact that something was promised and not delivered.
