floor cleaning
+ -1 moreJeff and his crew were prompt and professional, covering the baseboards and taking care with the surrounding area. His estimate was the final price paid for his services. He was responsive in promptly returning calls. He would come back several times to check on his workers as well as returning after the work to make sure we were satisfied with the result. The floors in the end were absolutely beautiful. I would most definitely use him as well as recommend Natural Stone Services again and again.
Description of Work: Marble floor in the lobby of our condominium had a wax solution put on it and as a result had streaks and discolorations in the marble. I spoke with Jeff who gave an honest assessment and indicated that he would come out with a stripping solution and check a small corner to see if he would need to hone or strip the lobby floor. Others I received estimates from just looked at floor and advised I would need to have the floor honed (which is more expensive). Jeff also impressed me when he told me the rest of the floors in my unit did not need any work and were in good condition. Others who came just gave me an estimate. Jeff gave me an education in the care of my floors and told us what to expect when floors were stripped. Working with marble, I have learned takes expertise and experience as the stone is softer than granite and can discolor and stain if not handled properly. Consequently, I felt very comfortable in selecting and hiring Jeff to do the work on our floors.
