In this particular case a full repair didn't make monetary sense at this time. The pro was knowledgeable and gave me the info I needed to possible approach it in the future. Cost for the diagnostic was affordable.

Very prompt to respond.. very friendly. Diagnosed the issue on the first trip, ordered the part before he left and then came back to finish the job when the part arrived. He stayed in communications with me until the job was complete.

Daniel shared his knowledge of the problem with me as he worked. He was thorough and honest and his expertise was much appreciated.

Service was completed within 48 hours of contacting MySpaWorks. Repaired Hot Tub lights and Master bath Jacuzzi plumbing in less than 1 hour. Service Rep was very personable and communicated what he was going to do and eventually what he did. Good job and I am very satisfied in having called My Spa Works.

Daniel was easy to schedule, called and showed up promptly as scheduled, excellent intuitive troubleshooting to identify a Controller quirk, and a failed ozonator. Daniel return a week later with a replacement, installed it, and left me the failed part for inspection, etc. GREAT experience! I will call Daniel @My Spa Works, first call, next time.

It is hard to find a craftsman who's work isn't just about the money. Daniel loves people, serving them, and being great at what he does. He added me to his already long day, came after hours to diagnose a Jacuzzi tub problem so I could complete a real estate negotiation that night. You need Daniel to fix your Jacuzzi. He's an expert and he cares.

Daniel was personable and so easy to work with. Just a super nice guy. It was unfortunate that there really wasn't anything wrong with the pump for my jetted tub. He was able to blow in the tubing and the problem was fixed - unfortunately he still had to charge me the $140 service call fee for a 10 second fix.

I am working with a company who are reframing and tiling my bathroom. I asked them to check out my spa tub to make sure the jets were working. They told me that I needed a new tub without even trying to fix the problem. Daniel came out right away and diagnosed the problem was a cracked jet. He replaced the jets and the tub is working well. He saved us from having to purchase a new tub we didn't need. Thank you Daniel!

I would recommend Daniel to everyone, he showed up on time, found the problem within minutes, (in was the circuit breaker) and did not charge again when he came back out a week later to check the hot tub out to make sure everything works

***STOP**** THIS IS YOUR GUY! He found the problem within minutes once we accessed the panel. It was unplugged. :D Didn't try to sell me a whole new unit. Thank you so much for all your help!

Daniel showed up on time and sized up the problem in ten minutes. The repair required a part that needed to be ordered. He had already located a supplier and ordered the part on the spot with expedited delivery. He came back and installed it two days later. Great service and a really nice guy. Definitely should us this guy if you have a spa problem.

All I can say is WOW! Daniel was on-time, professional, fast, and all at a fair price! He explained everything in detail before any repairs were made to my jetted tub. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone with a spa problem.
