Manuel called me immediately when I sent in the request to Home Advisor. He came out and inspected my roof and quickly found where the water was leaking. He showed me pictures of the problem areas. He offered to clean the roof as well, but I was only interested in the repair. We scheduled a time for him to come back to do the work, however the office called me a few days prior to reschedule because of rain in the forecast. We moved the job up a day, and Manuel and his assistant came out in the cold (and it turned out to be lightly raining at that point) and did the repair. They were not working in great conditions, but I do really appreciate them getting the job done!
