Description of Work: The plus side of COVID has been the opportunity to complete much-needed projects. We feel wholly accomplished with the completion of our many repairs and upgrades. When it came to the kitchen, we were utterly dejected; after researching cabinet refacing projects, we thought we would have to remove it from the wish list. Fortunately, the story didn't end with our anticipated dashed hopes. Not sure how, but we discovered Kitchen Tune-Up Atlanta Roswell, and the rest is history. Our account rep Shannon Schreiber was a pro from day one. Our first contact was via Zoom; we were still very much in the throws of the pandemic. When she came into our home, she assessed our needs and did not attempt to oversell us on unneeded services or work, very professional, and communicated their services, and gave us a clear sense of expectations. On the day of the job, things went like clockwork. The team came in and was very efficient. They took excellent care to do their job with a high level of care and, in few cases, went the extra mile to provide services and installation that was not quoted but not doing it would have dismissed the value of the finished project. They were committed to the outcome. We are delighted with the job, from start to finish it's been nothing but excellence.
