Description of Work: Innovative Woodworkers did a great job demolishing our old deck and putting up a new one. We had a basic plan and they incorporated that design into their final plans and improved upon them. We were able to work with them for site survey and through the permitting process to ensure we as homeowners were up to code. Pete and his team came when they said they would, were up front about some of the changes we needed to make to our garden areas so that we could plan ahead, and then got right to work. Even though it was the holiday season, they came back to do the job and were extremely professional and honest about times and dates. | |Our only problems were that the demolition footing was not completely dug out, the dirt from digging the new footings was not disposed of, and some of the bolts were not galvanized metal. We replaced the bolts as we're adding on some latticework for privacy. | |The comments we've heard from neighbors have been extremely positive from the start of the work and Innovative will probably get some additional business in the area because of the fine, sturdy new deck that we now have.

Description of Work: Innovative woodworks installed a screen porch on our back deck. The project involved removing a portion of the old deck and installing the new screened porch, a landing, and stairway. Dominic was the crew foreman and he was outstanding. For the price you can't go wrong with Innovative Woodworks. They communicated well, took pride in the work and went above and beyond to address any issues. I have worked in construction for over a decade and know a honest, quality contractor when I work with one. I would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Innovative did a great job from beginning to end. The gentleman that came to my house (Pete) to provide the estimate spent time understanding the space and how we wanted the deck to look. He provided pictures so we could agree on the look of the deck. Once we had a pretty good idea, he p[rovided a detailed estimate and a proposed sketch of the deck's floor-plan and description. I really liked having that level of detail - it helped me visualize what it would look like. | |The crew that performed the deck work, led by Dominic, worked very, very hard. They started work on the day agreed (sooner than I expected) and they worked every day, the full day, including Saturday, until the deck was completed. The workmanship is top. The design included curved elements - a signature of this Company - that gave the deck a rather elegant look. The quality of the materials they used is also top, and as described in the detailed estimate: high quality pine, cedar handrails, aluminum balustrade. More importantly, the deck is very solid. Very well built. | |The crew kept the area clean and hauled away all the old deck pieces immediately. | |Overall, a great job. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Dominick & crew built a beautiful screened porch & grilling deck. As we live on a corner lot, neighbors are continually stopping by to admire it. It was completed in just one week!

Installed new gutters |Job was very nicely done. |We had problems with their sub-contractors. |Misunderstandings occurred, but they handled all issues in a very professional manner, and were responsive.

Description of Work: Used Innovative woodworks to convert the existing 12x16' deck to screened in porch and add a deck extension of 16x19' with steps. This is for a newly build (within 1 year) home. | |They had one of the lowest quote for the project and did a great service overall. Only hiccup was the permit from the city unexpectedly took longer than anticipated (3 additional weeks) but overall I highly recommend them. | |Mostly worked with Dominic from start to finish and I am very satisfied with the overall outcome.

Description of Work: The staff was ever experienced and was able to work with us to adapt our project into our budget. They made a good proposal that fits are budget and requirement and we are currently considering when to take the plunge.

Description of Work: They were good during the quoting part of the project but when it came time to start the work they did not show up. When I asked for a new start date all I was told is they were behind schedule and had people problems. I was promised they would give me a new start date the following week but I never heard back from them even though I sent 2 emails asking what was the new start date. Wasted months of time dealing with these people.

Description of Work: Needed to replace an old Deck. They came in and worked with us to come up with the best design for the budget we had. Work performed was high quality and finished product looks great and is much more functional than the deck we replaced.

Description of Work: They tore down our old deck and replaced it with a new screened porch, added a new open deck and a stone patio. The only challenges we had were with some of their sub-contractors (electrician and painter). Ultimately the Innovative Woodworks team handled those items themselves in order to meet their timeline. Very pleased with the end result. The team does a great job.
