Description of Work: Fixed a leak and resealed toilet

Description of Work: They repaired some small holes and dents to the drywall and then painted. They also hung 3 mirrors. I was completely satisfied with the work and would use them again.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and work to be done (assuming the price was right) for 9:00 a.m. on an off-day from work. At 9:00, no one was at my house. Though I wasn't given a window but an exact time for their arrival, I gave some leeway. At 10:00 after there was still no one at my house, I called. I spoke with Doug, who seemed genuinely shocked that no one had arrived. He said he would call me right back. I assumed he was getting to the bottom of the situation, however, as of 50 minutes later, Doug had failed to call back. I called again, and no one answered the phone. While I'm only speculating, it seems odd to me the phone wasn't answered, especially because Doug had previously verified my number on his caller ID. It felt as if they were avoiding my call. I left a voicemail simply stating that I had spoken to Doug an hour earlier, no one had yet to show up, and the appointment needed to be cancelled since I hadn't allotted all day to wait around for them. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with this situation, especially since I was trying to remedy a couple of items my HOA has taken issue with.
