They arrived early. They had the list I submitted. They started at the top and went right through it, completing all the things they could do. I even had to add some tasks. They were very nice and professional!

My garage door wouldn't close. They promptly came to repair it and the fix was easy and quick. Believe it o rnot, they did not charge me anything. I will definitely use them again! They are honest, friendly and fast to respond.

They were just easy to get in touch through their website. They were professional. They knew about the work without me giving them lot of inputs. They were punctual.

Roger came on time and I showed him all the areas where the work was to be done. He promised to send an estimate by the end of the week via email. I got a call three days later to verify my email from the office. After four more days, I called the office to find out where the estimate was. I was told Roger was not available and they would give him the message. Two more days, and I called again and spoke to Roger directly. He apologized, told me his new internet service did not work well with Outlook and he had not been able to forward the estimate to me. He then found a way to get it to me through one of his associates a day later. After all that, the price was significantly higher than the other estimates I received (in a more timely manner). What a disappointment! I won't bother to call Andy On Call for my next handyman need and cannot recommend them.

Everything went great and I will call them again when I need a handyman. The chandelier was difficult because it had to be wired and hung a certain way, but there was no problem. I originally needed a couple of pipes replaced but when he checked the sink, he found a leak and a crack in the toilet. It would have ruined my hardwoods if he had not gone further and checked the toilet. I am a professional woman living alone and was grateful for the professional and knowledgeable advice. I am very pleased with the work.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The repairman even suggested an alternative way to patch the drywall which was less expensive, required less time to install and eliminated the need for a follow up visit.

Once they started they did not finish quickly, seems to be a loss of interest. Then when they were done the gutters didn t look very good they looked unleveled. I don t think I would use them again, it was a fair job not great. The chimney looks alright but not the best either. It took longer than expected and was not a good experience.

They did a nice job. It took a week and the price was reasonable. They were very responsive when I initially called. The only thing I didn t care for was that they didn t clean up very well. That is the only reason I chose a letter B grade for everything. Besides that I thought that they were hard workers and I would recommend them.

Andy on Call is a small company but they were hard working. They did a great job on what they did. The guy who did the work was a little different than what I was used to but he knew what he was doing.

He did a good job and I would use him again in the future.

He saved me a lot of money and even offered me a coupon. I would recommend him.
