+ -1 moreOverall OK, drywall work and trey ceiling was excellent. Electrical installation good but needed redo - see below Weakest spots were painting and cleanup. Ceiling painter great but wall painter lazy, e.g. did not remove cold air returns, fixtures before painting, just painted around. Furniture not well covered during dusty dry wall work and cleanup was so so. We had to do the real cleanup ourselves. Electrical work required two "do over" return trips.
Description of Work: removed drop tile ceiling and replaced with drywall including trey ceiling, replaced two large sections of dry wall, stripped wallpaper from bath and staines, painted walls, ceiling and trim. Installed 41 ceiling lights and new circuits
