 + 0 moreThe crew spent 2 days at the house repairing the structure of our deck. They were polite on time and completed the job exactly as described. There were a few additional supports needed to safely repair the deck beyond the initial quote, but nothing overboard. Knocked out a few of the other honey do items on my list as well while they were there. Super easy to work with.

Description of Work: Sandy is great to work with. Have used him twice. He has done work on our deck stairs and railings that were rotted. Most recently, his replaced rotted wood around a double pane large window, caulked, and painted it. He does good work, is affordable, and very reliable. Will definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreFine at the time, but shingles are defective and owner of company states he doesn't have any "paperwork" for us to file a claim. Roof is under a minimum of 10 year warranty yet we cannot prove it for this reason alone because he will not or cannot provide the proof of purchase. So unprofessional, if this is the way a company operates, then they should be out of business.

 + -1 moreSANDY WAS PROMPT AND THOROUGH. I HAD A LEAKING FAUCET AFTER INSTALLATION AND HE SENT HECTOR RIGHT AWAY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
