Super smooth process from the time I reached out to them via email to the time they left. They did an excellent job and not a single issue.

I will be using them again. They do a good job. It cost $150 once a month.

For the most part they do a great job. I wish they would dust as well. Not sure if that requires a different service/price ie. deep cleaning

On time. Not as thorough as I would hope. Also I referred a client and there's no referral thank you....also discovered that they are charging me 25% more since August 2015 than someone with a larger house.

Joe and Sonia are professional, always available by phone and responsive to our requests. Their cleaning crew is timely, cheerful and efficient. They get the job done quickly.

They do a good job. I mean, nobody is going to do as good of job as I would do myself, of course. They always show up when they are supposed to. They leave the house in good condition when they leave. I think it is usually three people. I’m not usually home. I think it is usually three for about an hour.

I am not there when they do it.

I have been using them monthly for 2 years, maybe. I think it is $90 a month. The thing they can improve upon is just putting things back to where when they left, there was a few incidents where some things got moved around. They’re consistent. When we are using them, the main crew we work with, they stay consistent. Sometimes when we had to use the non-primary crew that comes to our house, we had concerns. Otherwise, they’ve done a decent job.

Perform great, on time and everything is handled professionaly

Initial cleaning was done with a full crew (4 people) and took about 5 hours. After which a crew of 3 would take about 90 minutes every follow up visit. They were professional and thorough each time. The crew changed slightly from week to week but there was always a familiar face that knew the house and what I wanted to guide the others.

They are always punctual and responsive and have been very helpful for many years.

Had to spend an hour and a half cleaning after the cleaning crew left. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this company if you require any type of extensive cleaning. I recently purchased an older home that needed an extensive deep clean before I moved in completely. The seller had not properly cleaned the home and it had sat up empty for a while. As a result, there were cob webs, the floors were dusty and dirty and there were evidence of roaches (ex. roach droppings in some of the closets and cabinets). Just to make sure it was clear what was needed, I asked that the owner Joe to come by and take a look at the house. I pointed out specifics that needed to be done such as washing out all of the kitchen drawers, wiping down the closet walls for painting to remove any droppings, removing cob webs etc. He said his crew could definitely handle it and that it was something they had done before. I spent the entire morning moving anything that was in the house out of the house or out of the way so that the crew could clean freely. The crew arrived late. We went over everything I went over with Joe. I was a little concerned when they told me they didn't have anything to wash the walls down with since that was a major thing I asked for. I was also concerned when I saw that they're equipment looked kinda scarce for such a deep extensive clean. It looked more like what you'd use for a routine cleaning (ex. a tiny bucket, a few spray bottles). I was told the floor would be steam cleaned but I'm not sure if that happened. I saw the crew use a little cloth on the end of a mop. I asked for the granite counter tops to be polished with a polish that the sellers left but the cleaners used a generic spray that they used everywhere else in the house. I tried to check as much as possible before they left and had to ask them to clean missed closet shelves before they left. When they left I realized that the tops of the kitchen cabinets were not touched at all. They were covered in dust and were filthy. The house did not smell fresh or clean. I found cob webs all over the house and had to spend about an hour and a half cleaning really dirty missed areas. There were some dishes that were in the sink that they "cleaned" but I discovered that most of the dishes still had food on them so I'll have to clean those again. I will note that the dishes were not in the original quote. I had to clean out missed drawers and am overall very annoyed. I gave the crew a $40 tip as they rushed out so my real cost was $390. Overall, I feel ripped off, disappointed, and upset. Currently trying to find another cleaner to come back in a week to clean better.

The maids were very professional and friendly. The owner of the service came by to be sure all my expectations would be met-and they were. Moving is stressful enough--they made this part of it easy

Three women arrived ready to work. They cleaned steady for three hours?and sounded happy as they worked! When they finished, the house looked and smelled clean and fresh.

Very thorough, professional and punctual. My house hasnt been as clean since! I would recommend Joe and his team whenever I need to get my house in tip-top shape before a party or big event or afterwards.

I bought one $99 deal which offered three hours service done by one person or one hour done by three girls crew. They showed up one hour late, three girls crew. The owner told me that if they need to stay over one hour I can just write a check. I said, I will see how they do and if I need them for another hour (it is after all $99 per hour). I figured with three girls the job will be done in no time. I clean my own house and it takes me 2-3 hours, I clean my floors on my knees. The girls said it would take them very long to do it on their knees so I said ok to using a mop. My house is total 3,600 Sq ft two floors. One hour went by and three girl were still cleaning my master bath and my master bathroom! it takes me - one person one hour to do this area! I figured at that speed I will have to extend the service for another hour and just have them vacuum the floors and wipe them with the mop downstairs. After another hour they were 80% done. All in all, it took three girls 2 hours to clean two bathrooms, dust shutters, dust three pieces of furniture only in the master bedroom, vacuum hardwood floors and mop them on two levels including stairs, though they neglected to wipe the floor between the railings. At the end of the second hour I told them I will not need them anymore, they were surprised because the owner of the business who came initially with them told them they need to stay for 4 hours. I bought one hour for $99 for three girls. I would have to be completely out of my mind to spent $400 for 4 hours! I guess they figured they had 4 hours to kill so they went at snail pace. I used to clean houses when I was young, and I clean my house myself ( though it is getting harder as I am pregnant) I know exactly how much time it takes a professional to clean an area, I know how much time it takes me to clean it. I would have been fired in a second if I cleaned houses at their speed. After seeing three girls spent one hour in only one bathroom and one room I knew this service is a joke. Maybe it would have gone faster if they did not talk while working or be on a cell phone but I think telling them to stay for 4 hours was the main reason they were working so slowly. I finished cleaning the rest of the floors myself (on my knees) and cleaning the rest of the bathrooms. Definitely not be using this service.

The owner, Denise, is professional and pleasant to work with, she keeps in touch with me making certain I am satisfied with the work performance. They're work is excellent, reasonable prices and any situation that may fall short Denise will remedy the situation. I am so glad I found them, they take care of my home, highly recommended and charges are very reasonable.
