Had the contractor to perform demo, interior and exterior painting and tile work at another house location. Demo was done promptly but, not knowing one of the toilet bottom flange was broken off, had to get a plumber and $500 to replace flange. Tile work quality was poor mainly due to the tile guy's lack of quality workmanship. Somewhat disregard to the number of tiles used. More tiles were purchased than needed. Also, lost tube faucet facing hardware during the tile work and didn't know how to put back the faucet and left it uncovered. There was a super overseer of the project but left the country unexpectedly and second half of the project I needed to be on site almost daily as the workers did not have proper directions. Painting quality was marginal. All of the bathrooms needed more sanding to smooth the walls before painting. Now I need to have another painter to refinish. Pricing was fair but, as seen above, there were obvious risks and supervision may be necessary.

Juan Carlos and his team did such an excellent job painting the whole interior of my home that I also hired them to paint the exterior too. HBN provided excellent customer service and value with each job. I highly recommend HBN Materials, LLC.
