Very nice guys to deal with. I got an initial quote over the phone for a natural gas water heater replacement and decided to give them a try. Quote included water heater, expansion tank and pan with drainage. I asked if he could check and replace PRV and change out some valves with ball valves since I had the water off. He was happy to oblige. At the end he did a great job and even demonstrated how to light the pilot and show to adjust the temp.

Garbage disposal and Kitchen faucet leaks fixed excellent WORK and reasonable prices too. THANK YOU!!!!

The actual service was excellent. The technician was friendly, professional, and skilled. We did not have any issues with the installation or the work performed. I will mention that I was confused by their $95 "deal" for an hour of plumbing service because they wanted to put a $45 service fee on top of it (they claim the $95 deal is really for additional service beyond one hour). I would have preferred the deal to mention this fee up front rather than waiting until later to try and slip it in. That was the only black mark against an otherwise excellent experience. They were very responsive on Angie's List to my questions so I credit them for trying to explain their side of the situation even if I didn't agree with it. They do have another "deal" that includes the serivce fee so I would look at purchasing that one to avoid future frustration.

We had out of town company and our water heater sprung a leak. We got on Angies list to find a plumber. We called Good Ol'boys Plumbing. They came out the next day, which was a Saturday. We had thought about having them come out on Monday. They suggested we not wait. Boy, are we glad we listened. They came out Saturday morning and were out by noon. They were considerate and professional . We Felt the plumber that came out was experienced and knowledgeable. He suggested a few improvements in the plumbing attached to the water heater. We took his advice. We definitely know who we will be calling in the future. Definitely Good Ol'boys Plumbing.

Went well. Scheduled us quickly, came within the window they gave me, worked quickly and got the job done efficiently. Very satisfied with the new fixture.

The gentleman inspected /Explained the plumbing hook up was not what I wanted and corrected all values and water lines to my spec. Great job.

It went good. We agreed upon a time and they showed up and did the job and answered all my questions. A+ I would def. recommend them to anyone in the area needing a plumber. I used their Angie's list promotion and saved $10.

The guy was very helpful and did an awesome job! I had other plumbers out that could not fix the leak......so I was very happy when Good ol Boys showed up and knew what to do!!

They received my call, gave an appointment for three hours later. Came on time, did a great job and were reasonable. I noticed they checked and re-checked their work to make sure everything was right, they were thorough. I got their business card and we will use them for our plumbing needs in future.

They were good. They were reasonable. They did an outstanding job. They were half the price of the Angie list guys that I used and there were probably six or eight plumbers that came in and this guy did for $400 bucks. Most of the guys in Angie list were good plumbers, they were just outrageously expensive. They were prompt and they kept their appointment time. First they came in and checked and bid on it. They were clean and thorough. One of the thing I noticed about plumbers in particular this was a gas line project an extension of a gas line wasn't anything emergency or flooding like that in order to get many of the plumbers that had been recommended on Angie's list they charge you a service fee. They refund the fee should you select them against the bill, but if you don't pick them you got to pay him it varied anywhere from $50 to $75 and so that we did that one time and then every the other guys we called that was the first question we asked and many of them charge the service fee and I just thought if one thing the service fee if you got an emergency or whatever and they going to come and do it, but usually you don't for a bid kind of a deal I just thought it was outrageous. There was no service fee with them for estimates. I would use them again.
