+ 1 moreAssistance was provided the next day following the telephone inquiry. The Founders representative provided a touch-up pen for future use in with the cabinets. In addition, the representative provided advice on where to find an appropriate touch-up pen for our hard wood floors (the floor installers were unable to provide any assistance when asked). All together Founders has demonstrated an outstanding customer service behavior at all levels - office personal, technical assistance over the telephone, and the field representative.
Description of Work: Installed kitchen and bath cabinets in new home construction. Provided warranty and non-warranty work on installed product. On first contact in the fall of 2013 representative provided warranty work in adjusting cabinet door closures. During his visit the representative was very courteous, adjusted the indicated doors, provided cabinet care advice, made minor adjustments to cabinet doors not noticed by the homeowner, and otherwise provided excellent customer service. On the second contact in February 2015, Founders provided assistance in addressing damage to a cabinet by painters, and replacing two damaged scribes (flat finishing pieces where the cabinet meets the wall). I am unable to provide any input regarding their cost, since I was not charged for any of the services provided. There customer service was excellent, timely, and with professionalism. Assuming the pricing is competitive, I would not hesitate in using Founders Kitchen & Bath for the products and services they provide.

+ 1 moreExcellent. Pat Ebersole, the sales person, was great to work with. The installers were professional. We did have a long wait for knobs, but we were traveling then so it was not inconvenient for us, though not being able to use vanity might be inconvenient for others. We were warned that that particular hardware provider did take a long time to fill orders. We are now working on a plan to put new cabinets in our kitchen.
Description of Work: Installed new a vanity and facing for garden tub in bathroom.

+ -1 moreThey were fabulous! It was almost scheduled to the day, and Pat was the designer. She went by the book on everything, she was meticulous and very professional. I think we paid a fair price for the work. They designed the laundry room with new cabinets with a sleek look and still made it very functional. They put in a beautiful backsplash, slate tile and made it a deluxe laundry room. They did great work and I'm pretty sure I will use them again!
Description of Work: They remodeled two rooms for me, a 1000 square foot office and a laundry room.
