Did an excellent job

Total scam! Originally thought hey looked professional. Quote was not the lowest but I liked the whole package - Quote to paint exterior of house seemed thorough. After 4 months and having taken my deposit - the project was finally going to start! Or so I thought - project manager shows up first day and pulls crew - I get email from owner (Scott) that the quote was wrong and it would be 25% more than quoted (extra $2000). I presented them with competitive quote and still they would not match! Watch yourself with businesses like this! And my bet is that I never see the deposit!

Everything went very well with the work that was done.

By far the worst vendor and painting crew I have hired to date. Drip marks everywhere, missed painting spots which I had to point out and then spent a whole day following behind the crew to fix missed spots and clean hard wood floor of drips. The crew placed a ladder against my porcelain sink and scratched it, owner is aware and has made zero effort to resolve. Forgot to paint the closet trim until I pointed it out. They moved so fast they missed tons of areas from top to bottom. Will never hire or ever recommend!!!

I picked three companies and I went with the lowest quote. They did a thorough walk through and presented themselves like they knew what they were doing. I would say they can improve on punctuality. The painter was late the two days they were supposed to be there which interrupted our evening. They did communicate well.

It went well. They did a good job, and the project manager, Mary Jo, was very attentive and professional. I called several companies out to give quotes on this job, and Five Star was the best.

Not only did they have good workmanship, but they were also very polite and professional. Always on time, consistently worked hard throughout each day and kept everything respectfully neat. Over the coarse of the project they were such a pleasure to have around, that as odd as it may sound, we were actually sad to see them go. It was like saying farewell to family who had come for a short visit. We highly recommend Rock Kenney's Five Star Painting for all your painting needs.

The estimate was performed on time, at the time we agreed. The work began the following week, and the painters arrived early! They were very attentive to details, and stopped to asked questions about things they were uncertain how to handle. The painters were very customer-focused. Rock Kenney was onsite several times during the day to ensure things were going smoothly. The painters worked late one day to make up for the coming weather, and returned after the rain to finish the job much to my satisfaction. The final walk-through was without issues. I am very happy with the job they did and the way it was managed. Very nice!!
